After a 29-year break, we returned to this very same hotel, not knowing what to expect. I'll be honest this hotel is nothing without the staff that helps run this amazing place. Without question, the best staff I've ever had the pleasure to know. They are hard-working, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I think the hotel chain should be very proud of the staff from the management to the guys cleaning the complex. All of them are amazing. Everything else from the pool to the food and rooms are amazing, but like I said it's this hotel staff throughout our stay that have made this 50th birthday of mine the best holiday I think I've ever had. And I've been to over 100 hotels in my life, so that's saying something. We were never planning on coming back after this visit, but our new friends who help with the entertainment and management have made us want to plan a returning visit later this year. There is nothing bad i can say about the hotel, but we stayed here when 90% of the guests were German. Unfortunately, they are very rude, pushing in lines, looking down on the staff, etc, and i believe they didn't give the staff the respect they deserve. I didn't like their attitude at all. They should take a good hard look at their attitude towards other people from other countries .

I enjoyed food. Thank you to the chefs! I'm glad they have my favorite papaya every day, lots of other fruits, veggies, and cheese selection. Meet and fish were cooked very well, many salads. The room was pretty specious and equipped. They cleaned my room every day and changed towels. I had my room on the 1st floor in the tower nr. 3, but it wasn't so crowded, even nicely quiet.

The only thing I didn't like was bed. Really, I think for such a good hotel they better change beds. Both my beds were making lots of sounds and rolling on its weels, not really good for sleeping. Bed should be stable and stand still without any movement or sound.

Very clean and lovely settling. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and large. Good value for price point.

Food good quality and variation ok for the length of our trip but would get boring if > 1 week stay. Evening entertainment was poor however we did stay in March so may be better in summer. All inclusive drinks were not great, wine was not great, no cocktails offered, onky thing that we found acceptable was the beer. We did not go all inclusive to drink all day but a nice glass of wine with dinner instead of having to pay extra would have been nice! Doesn't seem the type of hotel that woudl be plagued with people exploting all inclusive, tjerefore I don't think it would cost them much to improve the drinks.

Amazing experience, it's the second year me and my wife are booking this hotel and doesn't disappoint! The location is perfect at just 5-6 min walking from the beach and with many bars and restaurants around to explore. Also a super market just up the street. Easy to get to the bus station as well, at only a couple minutes away.

Could probably find a more accessible way to get drinking water in the room as we only had a small glass bottle at check in as they are trying to reduce plastic waste. We bought our own water afterwards.

Great location, close to main beach and shopping areas, particularly the main hub of Playa del Ingles. Also close to bus stops/bus station to travel to other areas of Gran Canaria. Staff were fantastic and rooms and hotel generally extremely clean. Entertainment for children and adults throughout the day and night. Good size pool with plenty of space for everyone and loads of sun beds. Food was good, plenty of choice at meal times.

Not really any snacks, certainly not the level of snacks available at other hotels I’ve stayed at. Snacks are just sandwiches (which no real choice of sandwich), some small muffins sometimes and very small ice creams. Other hotels tend to offer lots of fruit, with basics like chips, hotdogs etc for the kids as snacks. Only a few drinks included in all inclusive, most you have to pay extra for which defeats the purpose of going all inclusive. May as well go full or half board and just pay for what drinks you have as probably would work out cheaper unless you tend to drink loads which most people didn’t.

The food missed labeling.

Excellent choice of buffet food, fresh and great quality ingredients. Lovely landscape garden areas between accommodation, very well maintained. Good location near the beach and nice restaurants on the doorstep.

2 single beds in the double room is not good enough. Buffet dinner in the restaurant, while the food is excellent, there needs to be a table cloth and maybe a candle on the table to improve the dining atmosphere.

Very good location, close to the beach. Private parking was very convenient. The food during lunch and diner contained a lot variety and was very tasty. We appreciated the large clean room and the well maintained outside garden and swimming pool.

Some suggestions for improvement: - The alcoholic beverages (cocktails, wine) included in all inclusive package were not good. We brought our own wine to the restaurant and paid for a la carte cocktails. Also a good coffee in the morning would be welcome. - Bathroom is in need of renovation (rotten door and mold smell) - The beds could be a bit softer However, I feel that despite these suggestions, we received good value for what we paid.

I have to take my hat off the the front desk manager! What an asset to this business, the definition of great customer service! Everything was spectacular from the room, facilities and all staff.

Only thing if I were to say anything is that there isn't enough onsite parking but really it isn't that much if a big deal

Location and facilities

Bathrooms and shower systems are very poor and also cleaners don’t understand English even though we put the sign for not disturb but still opened the door and tried to start cleaning. It was pretty annoying at early in the morning.
