The staff were excellent- always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is fantastic- near all the amenities- bars, restaurants, coffee shops and Yumbo. Room was spotless and the beds were clean and comfy and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Food and table service was very good and varied each day. The reception staff were very attentive to my partner’s lack of mobility and they immediately changed our room so that we were very close to the lift. The facilities for checking out were also good and we were offered a curtesy room which we could get changed in after spending time by the pool on the last day. We will definitely return. Excellent overall!

Nothing really but it would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. We also were irritated by people reserving sunbeds with their towels early in the morning and not returning to them until the afternoon.

Everything was wonderful, very clean, nice atmosphere and wonderful friendly staff. Swimming poole wonderful with a lots of sunbeds, this place also very clean, towel exchanged when you need. Hotels caffee bar was ok. Very good breakfast you really have everything what you like.

I have small issue to badroom there are not shower cabin only you have to jump into bath so is very dangerous and slipery I think many people use propely shower then bath. but generaly bathroom was perfect. The second was entertainment show for guest. it was not so good as should be, so there was no chance to keep guest in the hotel.

A fantastic stay, we really enjoyed the hotel and facilities. We found it to be excellent value for money and the location in Maspalomas really can't be beat. We've already booked to stay again!

Two minor things: 1. The mattress wasn't the most supportive and felt a bit old, that said, I never raised the issue with the hotel so wouldn't hold it against them (again, we've already booked another stay here). More just flagging it for the hotel. 2. At the bar by the pool it was often hard to get the attention of the staff when you wanted to place an order, or they would seat you and then just never come back. A couple times we waited so long that we ended up going elsewhere for food/drinks.

The matras off bed is too hard The curtains are to rhin so Its so early light in The room The clleaning lady knocked in our door at 8:45 to ask if She van clean Cleaning people make a lot of noise early . I think better let The cleaning ladys start at 10:00 and not earlier .

Staff, location, food and overall facilities

The hotel should be mindful of some externals coming into the hotel to pick up the best sunbeds spots around the swimming pool, whereas the guests themselves don't have a choice. I think this should not be allowed and it's for the hotel guests exclusively, otherwise make it really clear on the website that the swimming pool is open to externals. In addition, I stayed at Servatur Don Miguel three times and there has been a change in atmosphere due to some guest behaviour. The hotel should do its best to keep the high standards. I found it despicable some guests seemed to have never seen food before during breakfast and dinner. Despicable. Awful. Uncomfortable atmosphere. I might consider trying another option next time I'm at Gran Canaria.

me and my wife were not happy that our room was nor upgraded and the woman that was working there was really unpleasant towards us when we were asking about our upgrade

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds were spotless. The pool was warm and not too deep.The room was cleaned daily. we were on the first floor over the restaurant which had lovely sun between 11 and 4. No noise Aircon and fan were excellent

No kettle in the room Only 2 plugs and 1 of them was in the bathroom No complementary shampoo /conditioner The lock on the balcony was a bit tricky because the door wasn't level The Bathroom was clean but could do with updating. The bath had chips in it and the sink towel rails were not secure if you lean on them. These are only small issues.

Fantastic, super easy check-in. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was a great size and very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was amazing, with a fabulous selection of hot and cold food. Pool area was a good size with plenty of sunbeds. It's difficult to find anything negative to say about the hotel, will definitely stay again. 100% recommended for value, comfort ambience.

Rooms could be updated, but everything was in good order , clean and working.

Location is excellent. The hotel is clean. Breakfast was very good. The pool area has lots of sunbeds and the pool Itself was very good. The pool bar offered good options for lunch (especially club sandwich and the pizzas) and drinks (especially the pina colada). The room was very good with a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. We could even see the sea from ours. Location is great with being close to the Yumbo centre (but not that close that get lots of noise from it) and near lots of good of restaurants.

Very little negatives. The aircon could be slightly cooler.

Great location, wonderful staff. The pool area is lovely. Pool is not heated so can be cold as it was January. Breakfast is fantastic with lots to choice from.

Nothing to dislike at all. Just be aware it’s a very big hotel so if have mobility problem, breathing problems or health issues I would advice you contact hotel prior to arrival to make sure you are not located at the far end of the building. As it can be a long walk to get to reception, pool and breakfast area.
