Wow, it’s the most perfect place I been in the whole island! They had everything in the this place:). When we went in the house we didn’t expect how clean it was in the facility! We got a good pool to be in with nice people and a bar near it! The staff was without a devout the nicest people I have meet in the island! The staff did not only understand our situation but tried to help at every situation! One of the kindest people in the whole island is there and it’s a must for a family or a group of friends that want a chill vacation!!!!!

Came to place late, reception closed, they said they tried to call me, but I got no phone calls. We called them to get instructions to come inside a closed gate, and how to get keys to apartment, from a keypad locker. Besides this troubled start, everything else went perfectly well afterwards. Very good services from the receptionists at our staying. Good English talking receptionist.

The staff, the room, the pools 😊😊

It was close to Holiday World which on one hand is a perk but then other nights when we wanted to stay in, the music from Holiday World was very loud and you could hear it in every room of the apartment and it was sometimes hard to fall asleep.

The place is a relaxed vibe and close to everything needed. But the real highlight is the staff, They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during the stay, especially Liz and Delia!Very Big thanks!

I had a very pleasant stay. I was at the apartment for 12 days and this place is perfect for a long vacation- I could cook and wash my clothes at the apartment. The stuff at the reception is very helpful and nice. The swimming pool is big and there were always free sunbeds. Not to mention there is a parking free of charge, also a supermarket/bowling/darts/billiard center nearby are surely an advantage.

The view of the pool was lovely. The apartment was simply furnished and modern and comfortable. The terrace was pleasant and big enough. The whole development had a pleasant sense of space. The water feature in the pool which gives a gentle waterfall sound is very relaxing.

Part of the area in front of the apartment is bare soil and the terrace would be much improved if this was tiled to match the rest of the terrace. This has been done with some of the other units.

Pool was on the chilly side. Vanessa and Liz at front desk were more than welcoming and informative.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bungalow was clean and well equipped. It was also great to have a washing machine and a dishwasher. We also really liked that there were sunbeds at each individual bungalow. The pool was great and the area around the pool was lovely. We will definitely return.
