The hotel is located outside, around 20min walk of the busy pubs , restaurant of Maspalomas , so it’s a quiet place , nice for family! Our room was clean. Beds are comfy, Aircon fitted but we never use. Flat tv. Wi-fi works , the kitchen had everything what you need for basic cooking.( microwave, toaster , coffee machine, kettle pan and few pots ) . The pool is fantastic and very clean ! Plenty of Sunbeds. There is a thermometer in the pool and the water in the pool is at 26’ Celsius. There is a free bus to go to the beach and bring you back. We never use as we had a car. Free parking plenty of space to park . There is a spar shop just 1 min walk and has nearly everything that you need for breakfast lunch. Aldi is just 3 min drive from Hotel. As I said hotel is located outside busy streets very close to the freeway which is a plus for people who owns the car and travel a lot .

No oven in the kitchen , and the bar still not open. Beds are very comfy but pillows are not .

Bungalows were nice, tidy and cosy. Bed was good, we liked the firmness of the mattress. We liked the quite location away from crowds. Everything within the room, bathroom and downstairs worked well. Resort had a pleadant calm atmosphere. We really enjoyed downstairs terrace and upstairs balcony, with a direct pool view. In the backcyard there was a clothes rack to dry clothes so we appreciated this. Baby friendly which we appreciated as we've brought our 8 month old son with us. Kitchen had everything it needed, although not a lot of stuff, yet enough to cook and prepare food. We've asked for some additional bits and these were happily delivered to us with a smile. Pool was a nice size, clean and looked good; and had a shallow end for kids. G5oid sunbeds and parasols. We've liked that there is a laundry room so we were able to wash our clothes twice. We were able to have a late check out until 3pm which we really appreciated as our flight wasn't until the evening so having a base felt really important and so helpful. Overall we would recommend this as a quite but good location, with good facilities, and plenty of parking spaces. Spar shop is just 2 minutes away which is helpful. Great stay

We've been told the pool was heated. Although it is baby friendly pool - the water temperature was only 25 so not completely suitable for young infants to use. However probably suitable for toddlers and older children and it might heat up more during the summer months. We still enjoyed it for short amounts of time. Also heads up, the pool water is salty - sea water; but again this didn't bother us too much.

Easy access and friendly welcome by the receptionist. Nearby parking lots readily available free of charge. Position near sports arena and Parque Sur in a calm and not too busy area of Maspalomas. Super market only about 150m. Shopping centers, bars and cafes in walking distance, too. A walk to the Faro, dunes and beach takes about 30-40 minutes. The bungalow is part of a residential park, divided on two floors, with living room, kitchen, patio and terrace on the lower floor and a bedroom with balcony and bathroom on the upper floor. We found the place clean and comfortable, size is ok, just big enough for three people. The pool is heated and really great. Room service was good and very friendly.

The kitchen could be equipped a bit more generously, like more pots, pans, spoons for cooking, knives, cutters etc. Due to proximity of the bungalows to each other privacy level is low, like on a campground.

Enough sunbeds, good exposure to the sun. The pool is heated enough to swim in it during the winter almost comfortably. There are some appliances in the kitchen, enough to cook some meals or a breakfast. Air conditioning is present and working.

Location could be better, it is around an hour walk to the dunes and there are no sidewalks in some places. Not much to do around without going a little further from the hotel.

Liked that there was a possibility to cook or own meals, had a microwave. Nice swimming pool and option for free parking outside the hotel.

No kettle for boiling water. It seems they are operating as if the covid regime is still on, so no cleaning and bed linen and towels had to be left outside to be changed on certain days but no idea what time. The bar and restaurant is closed but it didn't affect us. Decor is probably from 80's.

It’s the third time we stayed here. As always a wonderful stay in Parque Nogal. It’s a quiet complex in a quiet neighbourhood and the swimming pool is amazing (heated in winter)

There’s nothing we really didn’t like because the bungalows have everything you wish for but they are a bit outdated and need some renovation…

It was clean and quiet with a lovely pool. We liked that no one entered your accommodation to clean or change. If you wanted clean sheets and towels they were available for you to change yourself. Large fridge freezer was good. Free bus to the beach was very good.

Not enough cooking utensils, 1 electrical point in kitchen for 4 appliances which made it difficult . Safe needs to be larger as it wouldn’t accommodate anything the size of IPads .

The stuff was really friendly and helpful. Grocery store is really near the bungalows, only it’s not cheap level, better shop in SuperDino or Carrefour. Bus stop to the LPA airport is

There was no air conditioning. Didn’t thought ask at reception for air conditioning. Air conditioning should be by the default. Not nice wake up in the morning in the hot bedroom, bedroom was located in second floor, so it gets warmer much faster than first floor living room and kitchen.

Clean and spacious apartments with a nice view, and well equipped. The pool area is very nice, the water in the pool is heated, and there is always enough sun beds. There is a supermarket and a fun park with many dining options nearby.

It is quite far from the beach and the busy tourist area with restaurants and shopping malls. Often times there was no one at the reception so we had to call the number listed.

Since it’s a bungalow there were a lot of insects especially small ants on the ground floor, also no cafeteria as it was closed, so they only have a vending machine to buy coffee and snacks. There’s a SPAR shop 2 mins walking from the place so it’s not bad
