The staffs were very friendly, the ambient was nice too.

The bungalow was not clean, the shower, wash basin were not clean, bed wasnt comfortable cause it was 2 singlebeds, the bedshits and towels where ful ofl stains.

The whole complex is exceptionally clean and very peaceful. The pool is large and perfect for swimmers like myself and I like the fact that you have your own sun loungers so there is no need to set your morning alarm to claim your loungers. This is a real bonus as it can be quite stressful at other much more expensive accomodation I've stayed at in the past. The on site supermarket is a bonus and the staff made sure that I had gluten free bread throughout my stay after they recieved my request, through the booking.com app. There is also an on site restaurant which provides room service, if prefered, by scanning a QR code in your property. It couldn't be simpler to use. Everything has been thought of to make your holiday as stress free as possible.

My only recommendation is that the matresses and pillows could be more comfortable but for the price of the holiday, which was exceptional value, it is only a small recommendation.

THE CATS especially when they are wondering around u as u eat .It’s a bit far away from the main place like lighthouse and beach .PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get management to look at the lack of staff in the bar/restaurant the 2 staff on at night one trying to cook orders the other trying to serve take orders clean tables and also take online orders that mite have come in from room service we waiting 2 hrs between to courses as the staff were under unbelievable pressure take on extra staff the hotel is clearly makin enuf money to pay extra staff rather than burning out the staff that r on the floor trying to do 4 people’s work with 2 staff

I travel to Gran Canaria twice every year, and have done for the last 12 years, and in this time have stayed in many hotels and apartment complexes. Fortuny Resort is an excellent property with superb facilities, and excellent staff. The chillout & restaurant area is superb, as is the pool area. Rooms are very well appointed and very clean.

As this was a work trip for me, the WiFi was very, very slow and quite unusable especially for video based meetings. I mentioned this to one of the receptionists when I was checking out, and was told there were other WiFi options they could have provided me with (a dedicated router was mentioned), to facilitate my business WiFi requirements, so partly my fault, but was unaware of this until I checked out. The on-site shop was an added bonus, but was quite low in stock of certain items.

The accomodation was even better than expected. It was in a lovely quiet location so perfect for a very relaxing holiday. The on site restaurant was good and the accomodation so clean and spacious. the addition of your own sun loungers was great as there was no rush in the morning to claim them and the onsite supermarket was well stocked & even had gluten free products which I reordered when I ran out and they were delivered 2 hours later.

It was around a 20 minute walk to the beach area where most of the bars and restaurants were for the evening, but we didn't mind that although some people we spoke to did.

The restaurant/ bar staff were amazing. The food was fabulous and a great cocktail list. Beds were really comfy and poolside rooms are worth the extra money. The poolside was kept immaculate. The location is quiet but for a short taxi ride you can go to Boulevard El Faro (Meloneras) where there are some gorgeous shops and restaurants. Amazing hotel with lovely staff and guests. I left my Samsung earbuds at the pool. I went to look for them but they weren't there so I went to reception to let them know and someone had handed them in! Lovely clientelle! Puts your faith back in people.

By the end of our stay, the restaurant grass was a bit dirty. Also, we asked for our room to be cleaned and the staff only changed bins and towels. Should have complained really but we didn't as not that important. The rooms are dating a little but the rest of the hotel makes up for it.

Loved the swimming pool & the organisation around it. No balls or jumping in the pool allowed. Always plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. There were lots of taxis outside which was a great bonus for us and it was only 4.5 euros into Maspalomas.

I would have liked air conditioning downstairs as well as upstairs as i found it incredibly warm. I would also have liked an ordinary kettle in the apartment.

Really clean resort with the most wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend booking a poolside bungalow. Lots of sun loungers, the shop is great for convenience and you decide your cleaning schedule which is great. Pool was so lovely and the lounges are very comfortable. Adults only also great! We had the best week of pure relaxation and chill, and will definitely be back. Very quiet at night.

The bungalows are very compact and there's no air conditioning downstairs which made it quite hot inside. The air con system wasn't the strongest but it did help at night! While the rooms are compact, they do have everything you need.

Very friendly staff who couldn't do more to help. A very peaceful and relaxing adults only resort. Love that everyone has their own sunbeds but there are plenty around the pool for when the sun moves. Room didn't have kettle or wine glasses but asked at reception and they supplied these. Very clean. In a great location, 2 minutes to bus stop, taxi rank outside and just a 20 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, supermarket etc.

No air con downstairs, only available in the bedroom. Not allowed to flush toilet paper, however requested bins to be changed daily which they were.

The villa/apartment is actually two floor which is very nice bedroom on th first floor and kitechen and sofa on first.. with own garden area. We loved cooking breakfast sometimes and having it in the garden.. location is great too you get busses to go where ever by 5 10 mins walk. Very friendly staff and have 24h open supermarket in resort itself. Worth it totally!
