A Perfect Family Holiday Stay!” We had a fantastic time staying at Lovisi’s house for our family holiday. The location was great, with good shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The house itself was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it the perfect home away from home. The heated pool was a wonderful bonus, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Communication with the host was outstanding—quick responses and very friendly throughout. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Very quiet location, although a walk to the supermarket or restaurants. That was not a problem for us though. Property is well maintained, grounds are tidied an plants watered every other day. Pool regularly cleaned. Plenty of room for a family of 8. We had a lightbulb blow on the patio and this was replaced the following morning after reporting. Host always available and responded immediately to any queries. Host gave us a lift to the supermarket on the first evening as we arrived quite late.

The BBQ was dirty and a bit grubby, so didn't use. A few minor repairs needed around the property, eg loose door knob on the ensuite door. Nothing that stands out massively, these were very little things.

Spacious living room and bedrooms. Nice pool with the option of heating. The house is good located and i quiet area but pretty close to the beach and restaurants.

Dishwasher is not working/washing properly, we had to wash by hands. I would add some breakfast bowls and a new moka. There was shampoo and shower gel only in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. Nice to find dish soap, but no other products.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lovisi. The house is located in a quiet area and has private parking. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a few meals in the house and even used the barbeque. The garden and private swimming pool were fantastic and we used it a lot during our stay.

lacked any interior decorations: pictures on walls. drapes on windows (although the metal storm shutters were very effective had a bunch of loud drunken youth partying in unit next to us and had to put in complaints 3 times before it was resolved

There was a lot of space in the house and enough rooms. It was located in a quiet area with supermarkets nearby. The beach was just a few minutes by car. The kids loved the swimming pool

The villa was so clean and comfortable. It's in an area of Sonnenland that is so peaceful. We had a great holiday.

Spacious well equipped villa. We had a very enjoyable family barbecue on Christmas day sunbathing around the pool.

Nice and clean. Big enough for 5 adults and 2 kids. Pool was great! The host was very friendly and helped us finding a supermarket when we arrived.
