Amazing stay and we are definitely coming back soon for another chilling at the beach kind of vacation! The weather there is amazing all year round and this place is a small oasis in the middle of the dune with a door that opens straight to the beach! It is the best option at Gran Canaria imho :) Thank you so much TenSuites, me and my husband are recharged to get back to our lives in NLD.

The only downside personally for me was the side room, it had the best view but was also the closest to the generator/air conditioning unit. So when sleeping with the windows open (which is the best considering you can hear the sea), you can also hear the buzz from the generator and air conditioner. But I would definitely come back, so this is a very minor disadvantage.

This is in a great area with the beach right next to the property and lots of nice restaurants nearby. The best thing was the lovely breakfast waitress Alba who was so lovely and caring! She gave my friends and I first class service. The rooms were decorated to an extremely high standard with quality fittings and a luxurious feel. The cleaning was also very good. The whole place is immaculate and feels brand new. The view at breakfast (from the terrace) was magical but my favourite thing is the swim up swimming pool which is lit up at night and the comfy delux sun loungers for two or three! We are planning to come back…

The safe did not work in room 2. The hotel provided a key though.

Location is amazing! right by the beach

The room cleaning was very good, but one of day, we had someone who had just started, and unfortunately, she didn't do a very good job. She didn't replace water bottles or coffee pods, and the room didn't look very clean or smell nice, not to the standards of other days. I mentioned it, and she replaced the water bottles and coffee pods immediately. I understand it was her first day, but didn't she get some induction or manual on how to clean the rooms, especially in such a high-end establishment? I still would go back, though! Loved everything about it.

Wonderful location. Although in a busy area it still feels quite peaceful. Loved the swim up suite. Enjoyed the small intimate feel of list having no more than 20 guests. Pool was heated so not at all a shock. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rita looked after me for the majority and she was great. Lovely ice cold cava upon arrival. Had a delicious burger for lunch which was clearly great quality meat.

If I were being picky, some food items were missing from the already fairly limited menu. But there is a plethora of restaurants should you want them. But as a solo traveller it was nice to be able to eat at the venue. Just a little shame some things weren’t available.

We had an amazing stay at TenSuites in Gran Canaria. The rooms were spotless, the staff incredibly friendly, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is ideal – right on the beach, yet peaceful and away from the city noise. Breakfast on the terrace with stunning views of the ocean and Maspalomas Dunes was a highlight. The pool was crystal clear and the water temperature just perfect. Everything looked exactly like in the photos. Highly recommended!

The size of the hotel was awesome and even though it was quite booked, there was lots of privacy and an amazing pool we could use by ourselves a lot. The staff tried to accomodate the vegan needs of my partners and succeded exceptionally!

The friendliness and professionalism of staff varied a bit depending on the shift, ranging from average to exceptional. There was not a lot of space to store luggage, but we had exceptionally big luggage, so it was a bit cramped.

Top location at the beach is amazing. interior modern and stylish (which can make it sometimes difficult to master the high-tech light switches :). Great beach view from the terrace, especially for breakfast. Staff was helpful, kind and always tried hard (even though sometimes a bit disorganized). Departure was a bit complicated by a Marathon, all roads closed, nobody really knew how to get out for the airport. Barbara was most helpful, showed us the way to the taxi stand and briefed the driver. Also during the entire stay Barbara rocked the place! Worth the extra mentioning.

Can be a bit noisy at night due to the tractor flattening the sand each night. The hotel itself is ambitious but doesn't meet it's standards promised at the web page. "we offer you all the services you would expect from a larger luxury hotel". the standards are far off what to expect in the luxury segment. Staff needs training and guidance. There seems a large turnover. Service quality very much dependend on who is in charge that day. Cleanliness and room service can be improved (used glasses not changed, some days no water refill, sandy floor at the terrace). The promised Sushi dinner option was available one night, after that, the chef was gone. Did not find "Room service through our self-service portal". Anyways, all not dramatic, just not the promised standards of luxury hotels.

Modern, well equipped with some really useful technology. A phone app for grounds access and the room was a great relief from having to remember your key. Fabulous breakfast on the roof terrace with amazing service and the best view ever. Probably the best location of any accommodation on the island.

Very minor, but the fridge in the room is a little too small to keep consumables especially in climate where anything resembling food needs to be in the fridge to keep the "critters" out.

i can not tell you enough how amazing this hotel was. The staff were soo lovely ! Rita checked us in and was soo lovely. I forgot the name of the person who made the cocktails but they were from Belgium, they did the best cocktails i have ever had ! The location was perfect, the comfort of the rooms , the breakfast on the roof was incredible. One of the best holidays i have ever been on !
