It’s close to playa de maspalomas beach where all the restaurants are. Loved the equipped kitchen. and the Very very lovely lady receptionist. ( i really forgot to ask for her name) But she helped us all throughout our stay. Went out of her way to help us reserve for a scooter and even researched what time we should leave so we could catch the bus. Loved that they let us lounge through the pool, use shower and toilet even after our checkout time while waiting for our bus back to las palmas.

We got the room with a balcony it was cozy, clean, sunny and warm. Good shower and cosmetics (gel, shampoo, conditioner). Kitchen with necessary cutlery. Beautiful garden.

1. We got the room to the main entrance so every early morning there was a lot of noise: trash vehicle, service workers making a lot of noise. Garden had noise from the street and construction work nearby. 2. There were ants in the kitchen and a few mosquitoes. 3. There is NO free parking nearby. Very hard to find a parking spot. 4. Lack of privacy between other balconies.

Self catering. Location excellent. Peaceful, calm, beautiful gardens, like a botanical garden, bird song. Walkway to the apartments is via a beautiful curved paved pathway. The location of the swimming pool is good.

We were pleased with all aspects of Villa Eden.

The property was quite modern, clean and was in an excellent location. Beds were very comfortable, with actual duvets. It was a 3 mins walk to the main bus stop which made it easy to hop on the bus to explore the island. 10 mins walk to the beach. The grounds of the property were also lovely, well taken care of, and quiet. Ideal for those lazy days.

On first impressions the property was quite dark, with little natural light, however, this did mean the property kept quite cool, which made sleeping more comfortable. There was also little privacy when sitting outside, but once you break the ice with your neighbours it was fine.

Great location, not too far from the beach and the shops/restaurants. A more sophisticated area than Playa de Ingles, and not built up...more low rise in general. The bus terminal is right next to the hotel, so it was easy (and cheap) to travel from the airport to the hotel (about 4 euros or so). The gardens/ground to the hotel are stunning, therefore the pool hand beautiful surroundings. There was no fight for a sun-bed (no towels out like some hotels), and plenty of space between fello sunbathers. Not your typical crowded poolside hotel. We opted/asked for a ground floor apartment to avoid stairs. There are a couple of steps down to the ground floor level, but we appreciated not having to climb the spiral staircases to get to the rooms on the upper floors. There is a sun terrace which is great if you want to avoid having to move your sun bed due to the trees in the gardens. The apartment was lovely and clean, and plenty of space. Our flight wasn't until later in the evening but we were able to sun bath in the gardens and use their towels, as well as the toilet at reception. We also left our luggage there until it was time for the bus to the airport. We would most certainly book again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

We had a wonderful stay! These were more apartments, than a hotel, but they were very clean and spacious and they were super close to the beach - amazing location! Beautiful gardens and pool. Nice sunbeds too. Helpful reception staff who gave great restaurant recommendations that we loved! Free beach towels. There is a great 5* hotel next door that you could go for for drinks etc

The only slight inconvenience is that we had asked for separate beds but we didn’t get this, so had to use the sofa bed. And there weren’t any cooking essentials like salt/pepper etc. also note that no shampoo/conditioner was left.

The apartment was very spacious, with an amazing big balcony. The garden with palms and a swimming pool were huge pluses for relaxing there. It is close to the Dumes and Lighthouse and many restaurants next to the ocean. There are shops nearby to buy some food, etc., or if you want to eat breakfast outside, there is a small restaurant (Waikiki) with a very good selection.

One day, there was a trash pick up or some delivery, so the truck was very loud, and I think it was around 6 am. it's was too early.

The staff was amazing, very clean, the main garden and the pool were always very clean and ready every morning for everyone. I was reading the reviews and I was worried because it was mentioned that the staff is rude,there is no hot water, bugs everywhere ... However I did not experience any of that, the staff was very helpful, the water was always hot at any time of the day and definitely there were no bugs haha everything was very clean.

The beds are not the best - quite uncomfortable to sleep on after a while

Location is fantastic, close to the beach and all main activities, restaurants, pubs, etc. but just far enough away so its very quiet at night Apartments are self catering with a full oven & hob and everything you need to be eat in the apartment if you want.

Nothing. but note that the pool is small. There is a lack of good supermarkets in the immediate area and you might need to travel a bit to find a good one.
