All the personnele in the hotel were very nice: from reception, cleaning to restaurant personelle. Smilying, helpful and quick. We didn’t have to wait long to get extra blankets and so on. The sea was close, nice elevator to get down and up. Very nice garden around. Good posibilities for sports just at the side of the hotel, but for an additional price. The food in the hotel was actually ok. After reading previous comments I was afraid that we are not going to be able to eat here… but it was actually ok. Don’t expect Iberostar level food here and You will be ok. The only unpleasant event was that we saw some buggs, not going to mention what, but who can avoid it where it is food🤷‍♀️… Beds were very big ( compared to standart) and OK comfortable.

Isolation in the hotel was not good. There was a lot of noise from the entertainment in the valley that was mostly related to English children. Popular children jumping music, nothing tasteful- don’t go there ant sleep with the ear plugs unless you are looking for that kind of s..I would Call the hotel in Spanish standards max 3 stars hotel… somewhere in deep Russia would it be a 4 star hotel but not here in Spain. Very used hotel…we were looking for a cheap hotel close to the sea and sun in december. We Got it. The only thing I didnt get was peace becaise of that Music down the valey..( stops about 24 o clock).

Excellent location, 40min drive from airport. Everything you need is close. Food was great

That I had to buy bottles of water as you are not allowed to fill up a bottle. There was gaps when you couldn't get food, its not big but annoying compared to other all inclusive resorts

Access to water park

We couldn't use all inclusive in water park No drinks no food, nothing where night time we had access to other bar outside hotel. I should mention this is complex of 3 hotels and other part of the hotels could use all inclusive in water park

We had amazing stay in Costa Taurito for 7 nights. Don't read any more bed comments, for the price you pay you get more. Rooms are very big, very clean place, all the staff working there are so nice and the food was delicious. Big plus is the Aqua park, very fun for everyone just a minute from the hostel. Beach is 5min walking and have the best sunset. In the night you have shows for children and other activates and is even better that is with other hotels around because you can meet more people and is more fun. Great holiday!!!

I loved everything about this hotel the only thing I didn’t like that there’s nothing t a lot of choice for the children food wise we ate out most night but I must say the food on new years eave was out of this world!! If only it could of been like this throughout I’d definitely give 10/10 but unfortunately food I give 5/10

We love it over all. Food was great enough choice not to go hungry. And was all meets where cooked perfectly. There was a bar open at all times they worked in rotation.. beds where so comfy and the bathroom was bigger than average and had a great shower.

Waterpark which is what we actually booked the hotel for. We had no prior warning that all but 3 of the slides where closed. Which was very disappointing. As the price didn't reflect this.. we paid alot for 3 days and was very very disappointed when we found out most of the park was closed. Entertainment was average. If there is a way I would try get a refund. As my son was so so bored after half an hour. Once we arrived we got an email saying that the kids area would very closed. And that would be as of 24th May, but this was a lie as almost all of the park was closed. And on the 22nd when we arrived. So the email we got very late on after checking in. Was false. And I was over charged by £40 for our stay..

The property was wonderful, well maintained, and staffed by incredibly supportive and friendly people. We felt very comfortable, taken care of, and pampered while there. We would go back in an instant!

I liked that our room was ground floor and the staff were really friendly. The staff at the Arena entertainment area were really funny and the man there came and sat with us and did a magic trick! He was great!

I didn’t know there was a pool in our hotel until the 3rd day as I wasn’t told it was round the back. Their wasn’t much choice of food.

It was big and good enough room. It's a very good place with friendly staff. And the waterpark was so amazing 🤩

The bed wasn't good, the double bed was falling apart every time.

Absolutely love this hotel! We were really lucky because our room 308B was a corner room and apart from the balcony it also had a really big terrace with two sunbeds and an umbrella. It was a surprise for which we were not prepared, just like in heaven. Staff was also great! In reception they been always very friendly and helpful. Cleaners, restaurants and pool staff work tirelessly throughout the day to make sure you enjoy your holidays! The food was absolutely lovely, so much choice for everyone. Waterpark was brilliant and the entertainment show @ Arena Plaza or Piano Bar for little chillout every night 10 out of 10!

None. I am not sure if the beach is suitable for swimming for small children because it goes down quite quickly and because of the big waves.
