Incredible food at breakfast and dinner. Beautiful setting. Perfectly clean throughout and very accommodating staff. The local town is gorgeous if you fancy a change of scenery. We often took an early morning walk before settling into the hotels pools for the rest of the day, there are also some very good bars opposite the hotel in the shopping centre for the evening. Our room was huge (Mountain View double), very comfortable and had everything we could need. This was our second visit and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Only issue would be the lack of labelling of the food, I am pregnant and have to avoid certain foods and it was quite difficult as only a small number of dishes were labelled and we found a lot to be incorrectly labelled.

Lovely hotel, felt like a tropical resort. Pool area was relaxing, spa was great, dinner buffet was pretty good for the money. Room was nice and we had a great view over the pool area (they seemed to have upgraded us for free). Staff were all very friendly and hard working.

Breakfast buffet had a wide selection but the quality of some components (bacon, sausages) was a bit lacking. Location was quite remote from the rest of the island so you'll need a car to get around. Mogan Harbour was nice but it's quite small and the beach isn't up to much. Some drinks were quite expensive at the bar, at €10.50 for a whisky and coke. TV in the room was small and outdated with poor picture quality and limited English channels (about 4).

Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the pretty town centre and beach. Tasteful arrangement of buildings among lovely semi-tropical gardens and impressive atrium and entrance to hotel. Very comfortable room. Breakfast buffet busy but a huge choice of everything imaginable. We just had bed and breakfast, but there are a lot of excellent restaurants in the town.

The swimming pool was not as warm as expected and not many people were using it. Sun loungers are packed too close together. And it seemed petty to be charged 2.60 Euros per day to use the in-room safe.

Good breakfast selection, the fact that guests staying in the junior suites can eat breakfast at the blue building was a nice bonus, very short walk from the room, calm and now busy. Junior suite on ground floor was great, spacious, clean and with a nice garden terrace. Beautiful and immaculate gardens, Pool area great, plenty sun loungers and decent pool bar with reasonable food at fair prices. Only 5 mins walk to the sea front and marina from the hotel complex, spar and super dino within a few mins for provisions and the market takes place on a Friday right outside. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, we prefer to use the local restaurants, Al Bek (Lebanese) and I Love Mogon (Fish) were both terrific, and we also enjoyed lunch at Mi Vida.

Poolside service was patchy, but really not a problem. Underground car park spaces are quite narrow with concrete pillars everywhere. I was glad we only had a small car, otherwise parking would have been tricky.

The staff were really friendly and the facilities big and very comfortable. We only had breakfast but the selection was good. The pools were clean. I can definitely say I do not regret my stay here.

I had an unforgettable experience and glad I have chosen to stay with Cordial Mogan Playa. Location is perfect, situated in the little relaxed town of Puerto de Mogan, with beautiful views, vibrant shops & restaurants by the beach. The Resort is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in, with a great emphasis on nature and scenery. Lush palm trees, hundreds of different species of plants, you can even tour the whole resort and see so much! Rooms are definitely larger than average size, and I stayed on a standard room! They also have the most dramatic and nature friendly reception / bar area, that looks like a giant aviary / sanctuary. They give you welcome drinks on arrival free, and if you have a late check-in, there is complimentary snack bar sandwiches cakes, etc. The pool area is wide and there are 2 main pools you can choose from but my favourite is the big pool area with the shore and mini fountain & river that connects and flows water to the pool. Plenty of sunbeds with nice waterproof cushions, and they provide free beach towels fresh! A wide selection of food from breakfast & dinner serving from meat, fish, caviar, all the way to traditional pizzas, pastas, salad bars, anything you could think of, you name it. Stayed for a week and dinner menu wasn't the same every night, so guaranteed there is always something new every evening. In regards to transport, It was so easy as the main bus station is literally 5 mins walk fro mthe hotel and you are connected all over the island through bus 1 - Las Palmas, 32 - Maspalomas (Playa del Ingles) & (Faro de Maspalomas in Melonares) or 70 - To Maspalomas and then Aqualand, and Palmitos Park. There is also 2 Ferry rides you can get every half hour from the Mogan Marina; Salmon Line, and Blue Bird Ferry and you can go to Puerto Rico, and other small towns along the coast that way as well as the bus. Overall a great choice and value for money!

I Filled in a survey and told them about the rice being undercooked sometimes, that, or either their style of cooking rice is like "al-dente". But as a guy who eats rice on a regular, rice should be soft throughout. but it's not a big problem. The Paella was nice and soft so That was what I ate when I wanted rice. There were also some days where I tried the rice and it was perfect!

We liked very much our stay at Hotel Cordial Morgan Playa. The hotel is big and offers lots of activities and entertainment like bowling, chess and Tennis (even Tennis training is available). The pool was great to swim and relaxing. The food gets a 12 out of 10 (excellent quality and variety). I like very much how they organized the dinner, with different sittings and if you like they assig you a table for the whole stay. The room was big and comfortable. We booked the junior suite and got a big balcony with two loungers and view to the beautiful Chapel garden. Breakfast for the suites was served at the pool restaurant which was also great in both settings and food quality. We liked and enjoyed the hotel very much and can only recommend to anyone looking for the perfect stay in Gran Canaria.

Beautiful hotel built in a traditional Canarian style with magnificent tropical plants everywhere. Two good size heated swimming pools and other leisure facilities. Our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were the loveliest and friendliest we have ever encountered in a hotel. Valeria made us especially welcome in the dining rom. The hotel is well-located just a short walk from the seafront and there are useful shops very close by.

We opted for half board and were provided for at dinner as vegetarians, although inevitably the vegetarian options were less impressive than what was on offer for meat-eaters. Our only small gripe was that the food labelling did not clearly indicate food suitable for vegetarians. The chef was happy to come out of the kitchen every single night to explain which desserts did not contain gelatine but we did propose that it would be easier all round if suitable dishes were marked with the green "V" or else put together in a dedicated area as some of the main course dishes were.

on arrival it wasn't explained clearly enough about the two sittings for dinner.. I think this should be clearer and we wouldn't have then arrived at 7.45 too late for sitting one and too early for sitting two ! When you've had a very long day travelling - up at 3 am it was frustrating ! Appreciate the two sittings allow for A1 service and restocking but it does need to be clearly explained on check in

I have stayed in a lot hotels but this is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly. Very clean with towels and sheets replaced daily. Lovely location. Complimentary drinks on arrival. Last morning had to get taxi to airport at 6 O Clock Was too early for breakfast and was given a basket of food for the journey. 10 out of 10 for me. And I am fussy.
