Loved this hotel, really fabulous pool areas, food, rooms were well equipped and spacious. Loved the area, short walk to the beach and really pretty Mogan. Market day on Friday was a treat. Will definitely return

The kids' pool had a fab inflatable dome, but sadly, my eldest was a little tall for it, which we were told was due to little ones being on it. Completely understand this, but they should have a time of day when the older children get time on it without the little ones. It broke my heart when children aged about 11+ really wanted to play on it, but they kept getting whistled at and told to check their height, then told they couldn't play on it. It didn't seem fair at all. Surely, a schedule could be worked up for different height groups. The dome was very robust, and I've seen them take all ages, including adults in the past.

The hotel is located in the less busy area, compared for example to Puerto Rico or Maspalomas. Great for relaxing. The breakfast opening hours is relatively long, i.e. from 7.30 to 11.00. Many varieties for food served for breakfast and they are always is excellent quality. The swimming pools are clean and heated to comfortable temperature. We booked a familiy room with double bed and a sofa bed. Spacious room with well maintained bathroom. We also had dinner at the hotel´s restaurang. They offered a great deal where we paid 56 euros per adult for a 3 buffet dinner. Food quality at the dinner buffet are excelent, definitely value for money. Children paid half price for the same dinner deal. We also enjoyed the sports facilities and entertainment club for children. There was disco nights for children followed by bingo which can be enjoyed by the entire family. We were there during Christmas, all children got Christmas gift. The children were asked about their age and then given a gift which is appropriate for their age. All in all, we had great experience staying for 4 nights at this resort. We definitely would return and stay again there.

For those who take public bus, the journey from the airport to the hotel can take 1 to 1.5 hours. Something to consider when taking small children. However, the hotel offered a private transport from the airport. The private transfer is a value for money option, since the price is less expensive than taking normal airport taxi, and we saved time.

That's it, I've made the decision, every time we come back to Mogan we'll stay at Radisoon Blu. Having previously stayed 2 times at the Cordial Mogan Playa and another short 2 nights stay at the Radisson Blu, we returned for 2 weeks at the Radisson Blu. It was a very good decision from all points of view. From now on, at Mogan, it will always be Radisson Blu

We stayed for 10 days bed and breakfast. The room was a superior with pool view, was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The en-suite had a bath and shower and 2 washbasins. Breakfast was a buffet with a huge choice, nicely cooked and served. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of space around the 2 large pools, one next to the kids pool and one in a quieter area The hotel is a 15 min walk down a pleasant pedestrianised boulevard from the beach. The beach is a small bay with lovely golden sand and protected by a curving jetty so the sea is calm and warm enough to swim in, even at the end of March! There are lots of nice restaurants, mainly Spanish and Italian and a couple of Indian and Chinese ones. There’s a walk over a small bridge to the marina and beautiful houses and restaurants there too

Amazing staff, very clean facilities, there is a quiet area for adults and a busy area for kids with a play ground. the breakfast buffet is probably the best I have ever seen - gluten free options, a lot of fruit, with local options and international as well. I personally had a bad experience with resorts before so I didn’t reallly want to go into one but my husband insisted … this hotel has created a new baseline for me and resorts. I will definetly be back and probably with half boarding.

It was just a perfect stay. - Nice location with calm street - Dedicated play area for kids - wonderful arrangement for food and drinks. - entertainment room was amazing. Saw so many kids playing and dancing on the beats - Dedicated quiet area with pool on a separate floor (check out the attached picture) and - at the same time, a fun filled swimming, gaming, etc., for kids and adults who would like to make some noise - The hotel staffs were just amazing, very polite, caring and interactive. They prepared on request food for our little one fulfilling our request for no sugar or no salt in his meal. Just amazing !!! They offered us a complementary cake (see the attached picture) for our one year baby birthday celebration and it appeared that all the staffs knew about our son and his b'day.. :)

bed comfort level could have been better..

Enjoyed our stay throughly. The staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean, very soft and comfortable bed. Soundproofed rooms so couldn’t hear any noises from outside. It was wonderful that one of the pools was a “quiet area” for adults to enjoy some poolside relaxing. Very good breakfast buffet and AMAZING dinner buffet. Small but well equipped gym. We also tried the gym and it’s good value for the price. All in all it’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking to just relax.

We waited almost and hour after the official check in time to get our room, as it wasn’t ready and then they didn’t realize to let us know when which wasn’t the ideal start. Also, the hotel didn’t appear to be full yet we were given the accessible room which meant no bathtub. Also since the bathroom is completely open (probably since being wheelchair accessible) the water from the shower would get all over the floor and would take several hours to dry. Also, the sliding door did not fully close and leaves a big gap. Since we only stayed for two nights we didn’t feel like asking for another room (especially since we had already waited an hour to get the first one).

2nd stay here in 2024 and everything is great. This hotel has just the right level of friendly service for me. No aires and graces, just making sure you have everything you want. A very pleasant 20min marble paved walk down to the the harbour where there are a multitude of shops and restaurants. The Al-a-Carte restaurant in the hotel is excellent and cheaper than many of the restaurants in town. Breakfast in the buffet is also very good

I can’t think of anything

The hotel is top class. The rooms were very clean, and room service did a fantastic job. When we arrived we were given cool drinks (you can opt for alcoholic or non-alcoholic) at the reception. Javier, who is exceptionally kind and engaging took care of our luggage. Our flight arrived late at night, so they kindly allowed us to go straight to dinner, keeping our luggage at reception before the full check-in, so we don't miss dinner. Tenesor, the hotel supervisor/manager was brilliant. He made sure all our needs were catered for, and gave us special meal deals too. At meal times, Fina one of the attendants was particularly attentive and even brought us napkins when she noticed our little one might spill food on clothes. Sara and the guy lead supervisor at meal times were great too. We had a little one with us who likes to eat early and often, so the hotel was able to arrange a microwave in our room (about €42 for a week). This was a real life-saver!😃 As we can keep food cool and microwave when needed. We did half-board, which was more than sufficient. The variety of food and options were exceptional. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. Sometimes, the staff come over to do dancing/exercise classes at the pool, which was great! They also had a separate quiet pool if you fancy, but we didn't use this. At night, they brought out the TV to the common area so everyone could watch the football. Our rooms were cleaned regularly, and Gabriella always did a fantastic job. The hotel is also close to the sandy beach, about 15mins walk. The beach was clean too, and the water not too cold. Be ready to hire umbrellas/seats (c. €23) at the beach if you don't have one. Very lovely hotel with great staff. It was an exceptional holiday, which we enjoyed very much!

Nothing. Staff were brilliant and very attentive. The live music at evening meals was very lively and relaxing, not too noisy, which was ideal. I'll fully recommend this hotel.
