Clean and comfortable room which was perfect for the one night stay. Found a brilliant little bar (Casa Lara) that still served food at 1030 at night! Reception closes at 9pm so it was a nightmare trying to get into the security car park but we eventually sussed it out. Get into the hotel then enter the car park via internal door on the left and press button!! We ended up parking in the main square walking back with luggage and entering the hotel before we realised this 😡 Because we arrived after reception closed we were sent a code to access main door but were given the incorrect room #. This could have been rather embarrassing!! No Wi-Fi security passcode given on the WhatsApp or booking message so we couldn’t access Wi-Fi which was another pain! Overall, a good stopover in a lovely village but my advice would be to check in before 9pm if you haven’t been here before. A word of advice would also be that the hotel is located in the old town. You access via a narrow arch from the main road onto cobbled and very very narrow streets. If you have a large car/SUV you will struggle with the streets here!

Lack of and incorrect information regarding check in and parking.

After much difficulty trying to find the hotel and getting lost in the narrow back roads of Lerma. A local took us to the hotel...guess what it turns out you can't miss it! The staff were very helpful. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely. The gentleman who prepared Breakfast was lovely. Thank you, and we will definitely be back.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel. One thing to remember is if you arrive on a Sunday to bring food and drink with you... nothing was open.

Very clean. Very friendly receptionist Wonderful location in the middle of old Lerma Don't forget to book parking or you will need to park in the main square.

It's supposed to be a dog friendly hotel, but the have cats, so dogs are not welcome in the comfortable reception area with coffee machine. My new puppy ate the dried poppy seed arrangement in 2 secs of arriving, before I had seen it. Luckily he's OK. Perhaps don't have dried flowers in a dog friendly room

The owners were very helpful Especially as my husband hurt his shoulder,she even helped me carry bags to room. Very comfortable and super clean.shower amazingly powerful. We used Google translate,she helped me choose places to eat. breakfast was good..tomatoes on toast.,coffee and juice. Lovely terrace to chill out on. Brilliant underground private parking.. Right in the streets off the main square

It’s location is great to explore the very beautiful small town

I would advise parking in the square and walking the short distance to the hotel as the streets are very narrow for modern cars and the parking in the hotel’s garage access is very tight

Perfect place to stay! Very cosy city. Superb room and they were very welcoming for our dog. We have stayed in a lot of hotels where dogs are welcome, but it had consequences for the cleanliness. THAT WASN’T THE CASE HERE, IT WAS SO CLEAN! We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff is perfect!

Room didn’t have airconditioning, but we still slept ok. Wasn’t too hot.

The mattress was really comfy and the room was clean. The parking was really secure and an excellent location. They also offered flowers for women's day.

Cannot blame it for anything

Hotel itself was good and the room/facilities were adequate. Local amenities were close by and plenty of choice for restaurants/cafes. Hotel breakfast was basic but sufficient for our requirements.

The location was very central and not easy to enter the underground car park with an SUV! Not made aware at the time of booking that I had to reserve a car park space. No other car parks near the hotel if there were no spaces left. Luckily I was OK.

Everything to satisfaction. Easily walkable to Plaza Major. Nice restaurant nearby.

It would be nice to have a bar or cafe/ place to eat within premises.l

The accommodation was clean and in a great location. The staff was so friendly and did everything to make sure that we were comfortable. it was convenient to have secure parking on the property.
