My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and our stay was very good. Our room was clean and the bed was pretty large, the bathroom was somewhat small but good for our needs. We truly appreciated the on-site laundry facilities as we were on the move pretty often for a month long trip. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful always. The vending machines were convenient though somewhat pricey for quick small meals or snacks and drinks. We also appreciated how close the hotel was to the San critobal industrial Cercanias train station (about a 5-min walk) which connected directly to other stations in the center of popular tourist spots in madrid.

Our one drawback would be the surrounding areas of the hotel. Unlike everywhere else we stayed this hotel was located in a more industrial zone it seemed and restaurants, bars, groceries, bakeries and so forth are not plentiful and were a bit of a walk away. This didn't not affect our stay or experience as all of our activities were in central Madrid.

The property is very clean and staff were friendly.

The hotel is very far away from madrid central, we had to get a €10 transportation ticket as you need a different kind of train to get to the hotel (which was around a one hour journey). The area of the hotel was very quiet and scary at night (not mornings). When getting back at night I do recommend taking the last train which leaves madrid around 11 and then a 7 mins walk to the hotel which was perfect and comfortable. Instead of staying later and taking the metro and walking the 28 mins, as it was very uncomfortable and scary for girls walking back alone.

The hotel is nice and clean. The reception area includes a food corner with vending machines where you can buy meals, heat them up, and enjoy them on-site. The reception is open 24 hours. Our room was quite small, but we didn’t mind — we stayed for three nights and it had everything we needed. Both the room and the bathroom were clean, which we really appreciated. The shower is also very small, though. The location is very convenient: while it’s outside the city center, the train that takes you there is just a 5-minute walk away

The only thing we didn’t like was that one evening we both wanted to take a warm shower, but after the first person went, there was no more hot water. We later realized the hotel uses solar power to heat the water, so it can take some time to reheat. It would be helpful if the hotel staff mentioned this at check-in so guests are aware

It was close to a train station that directly took us to Sol. Trains were not as frequent approx 15-20 mins wait, but we did not have any issues with it and tickets can be bought from an app. We couldn't easily figure out the ticket machine at the station. Rooms were cleaned promptly everyday, we were booked a room at the 7th floor and we had a kitchen. There was a small supermarket 5 mins walk away from the hotel which made it easy to buy snacks and prepare simple meals inside the room. We had low expectations in the beginning for this stay because of some reviews but I think everything went smoothly for us. Whilst there didn't seem to be cafes or restaurants nearby, the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and there were enough conveniences near the hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The kitchenware provided can be improved as they seemed quite old, but not a big issue.

Close to a train. Foodstation. And the cleanliness of the hotel.

There was a worker there who was rude working at the Foodstation. She avoided any English speakers and her tone of voice was rude. Some guests needed help with the vending machines as their food got stuck or with ice. She mocked one of the English speaking guests when she said "lo siento" for dropping some ice. The worker repeated it with a tone and mocked giggled whenever the guest was laughing with her companion. (They were laughing before the ice and machine incidents.)

Hotel has very good quality for this price. Well communicated with Atocha station (local train runs every 20 min), also with nearby bus you can quickly get to Villaverde center and switch to metro or do shopping in Mercado. Everything valid with a tourist travel card. Very good breakfast. Room was quite clean, and cleaned every day. Good wifi. Definitely to recommend

The room was described as 24m2 while in fact was no more than 14m2. Still okay to stay but this is cheating, especially if you take the room size as a criterium to compare between hotels

Nice, quiet area very close to the station that takes you to the city center of Madrid. (Although there are not many things to do around the neighborhood) We had a pleasant stay, the stuff was very helpful and polite.

I tried to work remotely but unfortunately the internet was very slow. The buffet was basically the same all the week. And the rooms are not very sound proof, we could hear everything happening on the floor.

The hotel was very near to the metro station,so very easy to go at the city for food and shopping.a special thanks to enrike who deserve full merit for his very kind and professional approch .he was always cheerful and helpfull l. I enjoyed fully my stay there and will recommend the hotel without hesitation.

No restaurant on site as the vending machine was all in spanish,which I don't understand.

Lovely room, staff were always helpful, check in and check out was really easy. Vending machines with drinks and food, Air conditioning. Everything was really good.

The location was the a slight problem for us, but the price we paid made up for that. The location wouldn’t have been an issue if the train station ticket machines worked in English, we would’ve got around easily. It would’ve been nice if the TV in the room had any English channels on, but we weren’t too fussed about that. The shower could’ve been a little bigger, I struggled to move around inside it, and I’m not a big guy.

Accommodation was clean and tidy. Most staff helpful. Free parking was given. Kettle available with deposit. Downstairs common area was available for use with microwave and toaster. Vending machines and washer and dryer are available at low cost. Close to public transport.

The shower was very small. Pillows were uncomfortable. Long distance for local markets for food, requires own transport.. Breakfast was available for cost, but inconsistent quality.
