The staff were all friendly, the children enjoyed the slides, pool and all the children activities on offer..Variety of foods during the stay.The hotel allowed us to stay at the resort after we checked out of the room, so the children still used the pool and slides till we left.The nightlife activities around Malgrat de mar was also good.I will definitely be recommending the resort.

My child felt so uncomfortable throughout the stay as there was another child who was aggressive in towards my child during the time we were there. Later, we learnt that the other boy was autistic! Other than that, all good.

we took the grand kids and there was something for them to do all day long and they never got bored. the room and shower room was spacious and spotless, great staff all around the hotel, great location. we went half board and the food was varied, and adequate.

As i said we went half board and, at dinner,for some reason hot drinks and kids drinks needed to be paid for but wine was free in abundance. But at breakfast hot and kids drinks were included, couldn't figure it out. But this minor observation was our only negative

The people at the reception were amazing! They were so kind and helpful! Great splash area, nice pool. Food was yummy. Hotel is located in a very good area, you've got everything you need very closely to it.

It's not the hotels fault, but there were soooooo many smokers, felt like everywhere stank of cigarettes.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and there was always something to entertain the kids. Towels for the swimming pool and the beach were available from the front desk, as well as beach umbrellas and kids beach toys.

A couple of weeks ago I had a perfect getaway at hotel Europa Splash & Spa together with my son. The room was nice and big and we even got a welcome gift at the room. The swimming pools were so much fun! Very good the slides were also watched by a lifeguard. The hotel is very nice and fun for families, with a mini disco and entertainment every night. A big big plus is the super nice and helpful staff, made the stay even better. An extra compliment to Alexis who let us feel very welcome and helped us with everything!

There were not as much umbrellas as sunbeds at the swimming pool. Multiple times they were already taken by others that lead to no shade options. I think this is something the hotel can improve.

Amazing customer service, receptionists so kind helpful, making my son and my husband great birthday surprise. Great location, nice food not much choice but everything is fresh cook what I love mire then huge choice of left overs . Life guide so kind and smile. Nice clean pool with small aqua park . Great hotel with small kids thanks so much for everything

Drinks in the bar bad and cheap quality Huge Q to the restaurant manager try his best to squeeze people's in. many peoples waiting for table long time because the request table for 6 then he keep moving the tables for smaller or bigger. Cups plates so dirty !!!! 😩 Also so big amount of plastic everywhere out they use plastic cups plates forks

It was the third time we went to this hotel. I want to point out the quick action of the lifeguard and receptionist, when my kid hurt his chin, the ambulance was called and got his stitches in less than 1 hour.

Maybe a little bit of maintenance would be needed

The staff were amazing, super friendly, the food was delicious and so much to choose from. There are always fun entertainments for the kids, and in the evenings, they have shows, the room is very cozy and clean 🤩👍

Fabulous staffs. Very friendly and helpful specially the beautiful lady at reception and Savi, the bar man, can't thank them enough.

The slides were closed. But still we got to use the spa 1hr per day for free. It was so relaxing.

The service at the hotel is brilliant i think thats a main thing what make this hotel so good

Unfortunately the slides was closed due to season,but kids was happy to play at pool so far anyway
