Wonderful stay in the best area of Menorca. Comfortable apartment, daily cleaning service, well organized swimming pool and most of all the stunning sunset view from the chill-out zone. The staff at the reception was nice and extremely helpful (with special mention to Mr. Oscar, excellent professional). Good value for money.

The kitchen area is too minimal if you want to cook your meals - adding a few additional tools (a colander, pot-holders, a pot rest, a bottle-opener!, ideally a coffee machine?) would represent a great improvement.

The friendliness of the staff; the quality of the food, the level of cleanliness, the fact that it is quiet in the hotel and resort; the grassed sitting area, the size of the sitting room and the table in it (I'm an artist and like it to paint on); the individual "balconies"

I would like a book-swap shelf in reception for guests to leave books they have read. More coathangers in the cupboards and at a height I can reach.

The views - amazing. Having a swim in the pool and then walking through to the sunbeds that look out to a beautiful coastline will stay with me forever. The staff were great. There are four fantastic restaurants a short walk away. Breakfast was good. Beautiful place to enjoy the sunset whilst having a drink.

Found the bedrooms too small. The one en-suite we had was so small it was not used. Bit frustrating that the terrace bar did not open until 4pm.

Beautiful location. Great facilities. Spacious apartment. We had a wonderful stay! We especially appreciated the live music from our balcony overlooking the pool with the sunset over the Mediterranean in the background.

It took a while for the air conditioning to reach the back of the apartment, but in the end, it was fine. I wish the pool would have been open later.

The views are beautiful. Love the option of sitting by the pool or walking through to lounge in front of an amazing coastline. The staff are really friendly. Location is great and easy to get around from, and there are decent restaurants within a short walk

The furniture and mattresses are a bit dated now.

The views were spectacular. Or apartment was recently modernised and was lovely, spacious and cool with a good aircon. There was a large bath in the bathroom (which was a nice surprise) plus a stand alone shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and not too cold. The quiet location was nice but there are still quite a few lovely restaurants and bars nearby plus a good supermarket up the road. Plus a short taxi ride away is the Fornells harbour which has lots of restaurants and is really charming. It was all better than I expected.

Our Do Not Disturb sign kept being blown off the door by the wind so the maid would ring the doorbell early every morning! A better designed sign might help. There are lots of steps around the property because it's on a side of a hill so it wouldn't be good for those with less mobility.

the location was great !!! We loved the view from our apartment. The bathroom was nice and big, the bed was confortable. Swimming pool really nice and the garden & terrasse overlooking the sea were perfect if you want more privacy. Breakfast is fantastic!!

we found the pool a bit crowded and did not like the fact that clients were ‘reserving’ their sunbeds in the morning with towels and only coming late afternoon. The apartment was missing some storage space or shelves/hooks (only one closet in the bedroom, nothing to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom - not even behind the doors). Access to the sea could be improved (a small deck or ladder like we’ve seen in other places on the island).

Breakfast included had many choices, the beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious, and the elevators quick. Water refill station and rooftop bar on our floor were a bonus. Clean.

The shower stall leaked a bit, and check in was too close to the entrance crowding people waiting to check in.

The buffet breakfast was good, with plenty of options. However, we would have appreciated some baby-friendly food, such as warm milk or soft white cheese.

Everything was good

Lovely coastal setting with great sea views. The staff were great, especially at breakfast. The apartments were clean with a good kitchenette.

No hooks for towels. We were two people in a two bed apartment which could house six. There was nowhere for more than two towels to hang let alone coats. Why not put hooks in the back of doors or on the wall?
