My booking for this hotel was made on the evening of the overnight stay, because only then was I sure I would be able to catch the last train to Miranda de Ebro. And while I was booking, someone else got the last room in the cheaper room category before me. So I had to take a room in the better category, which was about 40 euros more expensive. It was on the sixth floor, had a roof terrace of about 30 square meters with a moderately attractive view of the city and was more like a small apartment of about 25 square meters than a room. The contents of the minibar were free and I drank two mineral waters. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast paid for at reception was quite good.

During a longer stay, the relatively low sound insulation to the corridor could be a little bit disturbing. Overall, the hotel was really good.

Great location with lovely big clean bedroom and secure underground parking for,y motorcycle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is an easy journey from Santander using the backroads when arriving on the 1500 ferry from Plymouth .

Standard 'business 'hotel' in the middle of this rather ordinary town. We were made welcome, and the receptionist was most helpful. We had a good dinner, well priced, with friends we met there.

We felt it was expensive; the price was aimed at business travellers rather than tourists

Location, modern, well decorated, value for money, breakfast.

Garage parking was a bit challenging. Also, having booked and paid through Booking.com, the receptionist tried to charge me again. When she realised her error I did not receive the slightest apology. Very disappointing.

We arrived quite late at night and were helped very well by the female receptionist with the check in and also with the parking which required a bit of assistance. The hotel was above expectations, if I was not just passing by the city I would definitely stay more nights. It was above my expectations for such a hotel and for such a price.

We have not stayed in a hotel for quite a few years - we usually use Airbnb - but decided it would be easier to stay in a hotel for just a night, en route from Madrid to Bordeaux. The hotel was close to the train station and really easy to find, quiet and cool with obliging staff who were very friendly. And we also decided to have the hotel breakfast, which was a fun reminder of why staying in hotels can be great.

Can't think of a thing, really.

Everything was great. The elevator to the underground parking is challenging, but fun (check dimensions). The Carbon in-house restaurant is definitely worth a try.

Not an entirely quiet neighborhood.

Location. Safe car parking. Comfort and style. Price very good.

Breakfast buffet limited with unhelpful staff. Not good value for money. I ordered scrambled eggs. Took ages to arrive. They served me an omelette. I sent it back and they represented it to me chopped up!!!
