We loved the size of the apartment and its layout. It had a utility room, a large bathroom with a corner bath, a great kitchen area despite no cooker, a spacious dining / sitting room area. A lovely sized balcony with a table and chairs for 4 plus two sunbeds. The pool area was nice and quiet. The views over Amadores were brilliant and the sunsets beautiful. There is also a carpark but it is a bit tight even with a small vehicle.

Overall it looked a bit tired. It sits at the top of the hill which could be difficult for some guests. The shower temperature could be a bit temperamental. The aircon was locked at 16 degrees.

We had apartment number 100, which was located downside on hill and facing sea side, kind of private place and very big balcony with table and chairs. unfortunately not much sunlight in morning and afternoon compared to other apartments which gets sun around 10 to 11 am onwards all day. Apartment is next to the warm water swimming pool and sliding pool with terrace. Amazing views from balcony in morning. Sunset view was the best from the balcony. Nice comfortable beds, daily cleaning, kitchen facilities including washing machine and dish washer, smart TV in living space and bedroom, wardrobes and safe.

Floor cleaning was done everyday but very quickly done without much attention. Lady was attending everyday in morning around 10 to 11, which was ideal time for us to get ready and go out. It would have been better if she attend cleaning once guests are out.

Beautiful spacious rooms, wonderful views The cleaning staff and reception staff were amazing so accommodating they couldn't do enough for us. I love this place

The hotel restaurant staff. We have stayed here 3 times in the last 9 months and each time we have tried to get a drink we've found the staff rude and almost annoyed when we asked for service. They advertise Happy hour from 4 until 5 but when we tried to get a drink the lady came out of the kitchen ( after 15 mins waiting) and was really rude. I can understand why it's not busy if that's how they treat people. I'm not a fussy person but I work in catering and would never treat people this way.

So far we love it so much ! Our kids don’t want to change hotel anymore. We are near from everything no problem getting food and shopping. 10 mins walk to restaurants is not bad. kids are enjoying. We had Christmas here and we put the Children gifts under the Christmas Tree at the Lobby. The bad experience here is , We had a hard time to get taxi for us coz we have 3 kids and 5 persons are much for the driver idk but that makes me sad.

They don’t clean our bed well. There are still sand and we need to shake the bed sheets off before sleeping.

The apartment is well positioned & overlooks Amadores beach. The rooms and balcony are all very generous in size & there is a suitably equipped kitchen. There are 2 sunbeds on the balcony & a table & four chairs for outside dining.

The toilket hadb't been cleaned when we arrived, the shower had been removed from the wall when it was being cleaned and not put back and the dining chairs on the balcony no longer matched and didn't have cushions as on previous visits.

Very nice apartment fully equipped facing the (artificial) beach. Very quiet, comfortable, plenty of space. Shuttle bus to reach the beach below. Swimming pool with nice view over the sea. For some reason the area seems to be full of scandinavian tourists.

Located in a high density resort area, the surroundings are not particularly charming! Private parking is tiny, you will likely need to park in the street but it was not too difficult to find a spot.

Super apartment, 2bedroom with 2 bathrooms ,nr 603. Spacious, clean, well equiped. Good housekeeping. Super view, as on the website pictures. Good whirpool bath. Super heated pool, would say 25+ degrees for sure. Breakfast was good for only 8.5€, child half price.. Good wifi even for watching live videos for example..

Cant say that didnt like but have to be mentioned.. No oven, only microwave. Super Amadores beach is right there, but still quite long walk down the hill, challenging for old people. Could have more english speaking tv-channels.

The view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful – a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The terrace itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. Overall, it was a great experience.

One of the staff members at the restaurant came across as a bit unfriendly, which slightly affected the atmosphere.

Location is amazing! Housekeeping was the best! Bed super good and it feels like a house from home.

the only thing is that the floors are beautiful but not anti slip when your feet are wet (so be carefull). And the lights are not very nice (bright white, maybe put some softer warm white in them)

The room was very spacious, with excellent facilities and the most beautiful views, you could also sunbathe on the sun loungers, the staff were friendly and helpful

The swimming pool for holiday club jardin wasnt quite big enough, we went in low season and it was a bit busy.
