Room 4502 needs proper toilet door

Incredible views from the room. Very spacious room. The hotel feels like you're on a cruise ship, with the vast expanse of sea all around you. Great saltwater pools, uncrowded, very relaxing, and with ocean views. Breakfast was very good, and dinner had a great selection of different dishes. Nearby beaches are within walking distance along the promenade, which the hotel offers a panoramic elevator with direct access. Amadores Beach is very good, a little over a 10-minute walk.

The cleanliness in the children's dining area was terrible. The cutlery, plates, and cups were always dirty, and the high chairs were also not properly cleaned.

Hotel: Effortless and quick check in. There are two pools on different levels and lots of sun beds and chillout areas. One thing I loved is the sheer number of bars around the hotel. There’s even a little one tucked away on the promenade level. Room: My standard double room was great - clean and spacious and the room was cleaned and bed made every single day by the AMAZING Lorena. I had three lovely gifts left for me as the week went on, as well as fruit and bottled water. Service: I was all inclusive and the bar service and staff are AMAZING. I can’t rate them highly enough. Twice during my stay, reception called my room asking if everything was to my satisfaction, I’ve never known that at any other 4-star hotel I’ve stayed at. Really impressed by that. At the evening meal, one of the staff I got to know came and found me while I was getting my meal to tell me he’d left my usual drink at my usual table, which I really loved. Location: Perfect for sightseeing. A few minutes’ walk to your left is Golden Beach, with bars, a beach, port, watersports and ferry services that go along the coast to Mogàn and Arguìneguin. 15 minutes’ walk to your right is Amadores Beach, again lots of bars and a huge beach. Tip 1: Don’t miss the hotel’s Thalasso Centre wellness services with its amazing hydrapools, but don’t book online; wait until you’re there and checked in because you get a discount as a hotel guest (€14.50 reduced from €26 for two hours in the hydrapool). I ended up going back again I enjoyed it that much. Tip 2: Visit Mogàn port (30 minutes by ferry, return ticket €13.50) which is stunning, the streets look like a set of picture postcards. Summary: I’m already booked up again for November 2023 and June 2024. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The restaurant has plenty to offer, but I found myself often looking at the same main courses and desserts during a lot of my ten night stay. Would be good to have more Mediterranean choices rather than typical British food. Breakfast is mainly greasy, fried English or processed, salty hams and salamis. This is just an observation really as it was fine once I got to grips with the hotel layout, but it takes a bit of getting used to. Floor 1 in the lifts is the highest floor and 7 is the lowest (ground floor/promenade). The hotel is huge and divided into four blocks so you sometimes have to transfer from block to block to get to where you want to go.

The hotel is amazing, from check-in to restaurants and bars the staff are amazing. Rooms are a great size too. Location is great if you use the lift to the seafront. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach, bars/restaurants in Puerto Rico. Everything is spotlessly clean. Lots of sunbeds too.

Lift to seafront was out of order one morning and we had to walk out the main door to get down to the seafront. The road is very steep going down, we nearly slipped a few times. A lot of elderly people struggling. Think the hotel should have provided a shuttle bus for the time the lift was out of action. On arrival we were not allocated the room we had booked and had to stay in another room overnight. It was sorted the next day but wasn't a great start to our holiday.

I stayed here in April bit late with my review. But still haven't forgotten about my unforgettable stay with my partner. There was an amazing man on reception, I cannot remember his name unfortunately. But he was a full of life and just in general puts a smile on your face. Little did we realize how much he was about to make us smile. He gave us a free gift voucher for lunch and off we went to our room. Well the shock we got when we walked in and not only had he upgraded us, but to a suite with a private pool. Honestly i can't even explain what it meant or how much that man on reception made our holiday. He will never know what his kindness done. I really regret not writing down his name. Because whoever he is he is an earth angel and not just because of the upgrade just his hole energy. Our stay was amazing from start to finish everything about the hotel his amazing. We had the best stay and we will definitely be back

Great location in between two beautiful beaches within a nice coastal walk. Amazing views, infinity pools for a chill morning swim. Wide choice of tasty food and a lot of drinks in the all inclusive package. Nice room, comfortable beds, big balcony with sunbed (we had triple room in section 2 over kids playground). Overall very good service. We did not attend evening shows, but there was something on schedule every night.

Entrance to spa was at extra cost and quite pricey. Would have been nice to get free pass to try it out one of the days during a week-stay. They offered discount vouchers some of the days before breakfast though.

Beautiful hotel, location was excellent with fabulous sea views and easy access to the promenade to Amadores beach and Puerto Rico centre. Facilities are very good, pools area lovely, very clean and plenty of space. Good service at the pool bars and in the saloon bar. We had a twin room for four of us and it was really spacious, large balcony with sun loungers & table chairs. Kids club was great and the staff were excellent.

We went All inclusive and for us the buffet restaurant was ok, food was standard. Did the job. Beds were uncomfortable but once noted hotel promptly sent up a mattress toper which made all the difference.

It’s has everything, food, entertainment, leisure centre, gym, thalassotherapy, has ample sunloungers and a choice of pools, bar and snack area at each pool, the access to the promenade is fantastic, toilets around pool areas were clean and well maintained and while we didn’t need it the entire place is wheelchair accessible which I think is fantastic

Reception is very slow Prepare to wait approx 20mins any time you go to check in/ check out or simply make enquiries. Perhaps they should look at having one area for check in and another for check out ? But this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Very nice big room. Fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet. Very nice sundeck / Swimmingpool. Very friendly staff.

Water in swimmingpool quiet cold. The hotel need a bit of renovation on some places.

Amazing sea view from the room, amazing view from the restaurant, good cocktails, good location very close to Amadores beach (10 minutes walk). Staff is friendly and generally a very nice experience we will come back!

I did not like few extras that I would have appreciate were included in the room price. For example there is not really the option of using a iron in the room but just use the laundry service which is not convenient. The safe is also considered an extra service.
