Excellent spotlessly clean apartments with decent balconies. It would be perfect if the basic essentials were supplied. The views and the pool are both excellent. The staff were helpful. The onsite Mini market & the pool cafe/bar were a great surprise.

No washing up liquid or sponge supplied on arrival. No draining board in the kitchen. Poor utensils in the kitchen. No kettle. The lift is the slowest you will ever find. 82 seconds to go 2 floors. No air con or fan or heater. It's located at the top of steep hills.

I thought the worst after reading reviews but it was actually very good! The room was very big with a good working kitchen and we were right next to the pool with our terrace. The bed was comfortable and the people at the reception were quite friendly. Would recommend!

Its a little walk up the hill every time, it's quite noisy so you hear your neighbours if they're loud. Also, there are no supplies what so ever in the kitchen so you even need to buy your own dishsoap.

The apartment was great value for money good location staff were very friendly and helpful With local information I am looking forward to staying there again

The bed was firm and comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed with all the basics you'd need, and the living area was tidy and clean. The bathroom was a good size, with great water pressure in the shower, and the little patio area outside was nice to sit out and eat meals on. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, only a few minutes walk from the centre.

We didn't get a view (not that one was promised!) from our room, and some of the guests in neighbouring apartments were a little loud, especially out on the shared patio area.

All staff were lovely. Our balcony was amazing. Level with the pool. Beds were comfy. Shop was good and reasonably prices. Lots of storage.

Kitchen was basic no kettle. Towels were changed but bedding wasn't, and it got hot as no air con, so a sheet change would of been lovely. Its on a hilly location but thats ok if you enjoy walking. Shower was warm but not hot. No basics left, washing up liquid or a sponge. Had to buy it all. Even a starter pack would of been useful.

Excellent apartments in a good location. Around 10m walk to centre but not close enough to hear all the noise, stairs to walk up to apartments and down to centre, may not be good for those with mobility issues. Taxi only €3.60 however. Very good value for money and had everything you would need for your stay and to make food-pots, frying pan, cups, glasses, cutlery, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. No hairdryer or kettle but we just brought travel ones. Apartments don't have air conditioning, it's ok if you open the doors for through draft, may be a bit hot in warmer months, unsure if you can hire a fan. Staff on reception and cleaning were very helpful and polite provided replacement towels, rubbish bags, bath mat as needed. There's a wee supermarket inside across from reception which is very well stocked and saves carrying large 8L water and large drinks from shops, just choose and pay at reception, can even use your card :) Requested ground floor and allocated Room 106, very near to pool. Will defo be returning **** Great!

The close proximity to the beach and the big shopping center about a 15 min walk down the hill it was 3 euros 85 cent for a taxi. Great pub 10 second walk away, the crazy horse is a great little bar that serves food. The view from puerto bello appartementos is stunning, great view if the beach and the hills.

The fact weh ad to a 100 euro deposit per room. Stretched our budget because we were not expecting this. Yes we got our deposit back but what good is 200 euros when we coming home.

Overall the apartment was good. Comfortable with a fridge, two ring hob and a microwave and a kettle was supplied on request. Beds were comfortable, shower was good and it was cleaned three times per week. Staff were helpful. Got sun on the balcony until about 5 o’clock. Good value by Puerto Rico standards.

Like most apartment complexes it is on the side of a hill so a bit of a climb, with steps part of the way, from the centre. Taxis are cheap and plentiful so not a great problem. Main problem with the apartment was the poor quality wifi which kept breaking down and was quite expensive.

Excellent apartments within easy reach of the main centre downhill around 10 minutes away. Nearest beach about 15 minutes down. Easy to get Taxi back up around €4, you can avoid the stairs by going round the road. Well equipped with large fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, ample pans, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery, juicer and large bowl if needed (no kettle but not an issue as we took a travel one) Well stocked supermarket for large water/juices to save carrying from centre and reasonably priced too. Lovely fresh bread rolls in there also in the morning. Newly refurbished with comfy beds and pillows, spare large fluffy blankets in cupboard if needed when it's a bit chilly. Lovely pool area and not too busy at the times we visit, easy to get a sunbed. Apartments clean and tidy when we arrived and towels/cleaning every couple of days. They also provide a brush/mop and spare bin bags to apartments. Lift out of service this time but not too many stairs to climb and advised in advance of this with good communication regarding this and deposit for property on arrival. Staff very polite and friendly, thank you Cristina for your help and attentions. We will see you very soon :)

This time the hot water was not available for as much of the day as usual, a bit difficult to shower or clean dishes, pots, cups etc

Nice shower/bathroom. Spacious living area/kitchen. Good size fridge/freezer. Plenty of storage/wardrobe space. Nice size balcony with clothes drier. Great maid service. Quiet location and can’t really hear music from centre.

Pool area a bit tight on the side we were in but there is a choice of two pools so can usually get a sunbed. Only a coffee percolator- no kettle. No iron available to borrow even from reception.
