Beautiful apartments situated right in the middle of town 500meters from the centre one way and 500meters from beach front. The staff are lovely, helpful and very friendly. Quite location no noise at night.

Loved everything, only criticism would be where the bin is in the cupboard is very smelly, and they really need to leave a bin and possibly a mop in the apartment especially when there are kids staying.

The location is great, apartments are spacious, and cleaning is helpful as we brought lots of sand from the beach. The swimming pool is very relaxing.

We had prams and had to carry them up the stairs to go out. It won't be a problem if you ask for step free apartments on the upper street. I wish we could have a baby cot, as we ended up moving beds and co-sleeping with kids.

Very friendly staff Antonio and Nicholas was so helpful with everything. property is always clean, everything was so near and especially beach for kids.

Great location 5 to 8 mins to beach and same if you wanted food the other way ,manager Antonio top man nothing was to much to ensure you had a good stay keep up the good work. place is clean pool aera a little bit small always a sunbed though if that's what you like.

need to install air con and make a chargeable fee on this per day got to be worth doing maybe something in around need a little refresh lick paint here and there

Loved the location. Apartments were clean and comfortable. Would have like an oven but made do with hob. Ideal location , walking distance to shopping centre and beach.

I had been let down 10 days before arriving at the apartments by the Trinadad cancelling my booking at last minute. I managed to book in at the Niza apartments I felt very disappointed and was worried about what the Niza would be like. When we arrived we were greeted at the Mini bus by Antonio the manager who was absolutely wonderful nothing was to much trouble to him he was so helpful, he's always around at the apartments checking everything is okay and making conversation with all the guests. The apartments are spotlessly clean you wouldn't get better cleaners in a 5 star hotel they do a fantastic job and are friendly as well. Everything we needed was in the apartments and they are a nice size for a couple to share, we did have a problem with the sockets in one bedroom but it was sorted soon as we reported it an electrician was called and the problem resolved. The pool area is cleaned every morning, it has plenty of umbrellas if needed for shade and we never had any problem getting a sunbed like some of the previous comments say. My husband had injured his knee just before going and I was concerned about the walk to the commercial centre but it is literally only 5 minutes away. I would recommend these apartments to anyone they were lovely and the staff are fantastic especially Antonio who I would like to thank for all his help whilst we stayed. I will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Location was excellent, both to the beach and shopping centre. The price was amazing as it was a two bedroom, with two floors. The manager Antonio was lovely and really cared about all the guests. All the staff were so nice and accommodating. I loved the fact that the complex was busy, so we didn't feel we had to whisper after 9pm. I tried to book again for November, but it's booked out. The decor was basic, but immaculately clean. I'm going to Puerto Rico for nearly 40 years and this apartment for the above reasons would be my favourite place to stay in the future.

Location was superb. About equal distance to the beach and to the shopping centre with all its restaurants. The guy in charge was more than helpful and the maids came in most days except Sunday.

There was a slight drain smell on arrival in to the room and especially the bathroom but if you pay a certain amount for accommodation you cannot expect the Ritz-Carlton. Wi_Fi is available but it will cost you 27 euro for a week.. The mattress protector was slidy and noisy and if you wrestle yourself in your sleep like l do then your bed will be very untidy in the morning.. These things didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

In walking distance of everything we needed within a few minutes. Niza apartments met our expectations. The location was better than expected and the guy at reception was lovely. Very helpful and very friendly 😊. We will definitely be returning. Thank you..

Nothing - Everything was great.

Pool was excellent, cleaned daily. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping is doing a great job. Antonio, the person in charge is very friendly and can help you with any issues. He is taking care of the place very professionally. Supermarket across the street. Beach is 6 minutes walking distance. The shopping and food area 7 minutes walk. Bus stop is 1 minute away having connection with major beaches around and further away towards airport. Lovely place, highly recommended if you do not want to pay the high extra for a hotel service.

Pool closing time!! Although is understandable that we need quiet after 19.30, would be nice to have a one day midnight closing time like a party style. Some will find the AC missing as an issue but once you get accommodated with the weather it is better without.
