The location at the bottom of the hill. Right on the beach. Really helpful and friendly reception staff. Asked for our room to be changed as the one allocated had a lot of concrete steps. Wasn't a problem and was given a room with no steps. Massive balcony with sun loungers, beautiful rooftop pool, and great rooftop restaurant.

From the moment we arrived the staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and had a fabulous apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the sea . The apartment was comfortable and spacious for 2 sisters . Fully equipped kitchen , living room spacious shower and bathroom. On the 7th floor there is a lovely pool with a poolside restaurant and a fabulous view of the beach. The day before our departure the friendly staff at reception organised airport transfer for us. Overall our stay was amazing and I will definitely be back .

Fantastic location on the flat and right beside the beach. Rooms cleaned every day, towels changed every second day. Beds changed every 3 days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool on the roof, stunning views over the beach and marina. Never an issue with getting a sunbed and umbrella. Great pool bar, with a fantastic option of food and drinks. Again staff so friendly. Would return because of location.

No Air Conditioning and fan that was provided was ok. Could do with modernising. Disappointed that we were unable to keep our room for a few extra hours on our day of departure even though there was only 70% occupancy, and we were willing to pay.

Everything is great here, the food in the restaurant was excellent and the happy hour by the pool is fantastic with music. the location is perfect, Thank you so much for a Lovely stay We Will defenetly come back

Fantastic location overlooking the beach and harbour It is on the flat area of the town. The building and the apartments are very spacious, the ambience of the place is excellent and the surrounding area is quiet.Very clean and well kept. Easy walking distance to the commercial centre if you want it. We had a problem with the safe. The service engineer was out it 15 mins. The staff are polite and helpful. Apartment was cleaned regularly.

Nothing serious. There is a nice rooftop area with more than enough sunbeds but you couldn't have a proper swim in the pool but it's good for a dip. Not an issue really but worth knowing if you like a swim.

Excellent location...near the beach and the harbour with lovely restaurants and cafe/bars within 10 min walk. The terraces are very spacious with table and chairs as well as sun loungers. Big Daddy's restaurant is on 10th floor with exceptional food and live music every night adding to the ambiance which you can go to off the street at a different entrance from hotel. (The name (in my opinion) doesn't do it justice as I thought it was a burger place and would have passed it by. Don't pass as its amazing with fabulous staff. We had two small issues both dealt with within minutes. There is a large book shelf in reception to read and exchange books.

The lack of plug sockets...only 1 in bedroom and 2 in living area. No air-con so heat was savage! There is a tower fan but if you had it on in the living area you had to unplug the TV.

The apartment was extremely comfortable,very clean, staff were polite very friendly. I loved that the apartment had proper cooking facilities definitely a big thing having kids with special dietary requirements. Really close to everything we originally only booked it as a base but definitely fell in love with it. The views are amazing the balcony is massive 3 sun loungers and a dinning area. Most definitely exceed my expectations

We didn't like the breakfast we were under the impression it started at 8 am only to be shouted at from a lady in the restaurant that it started at 9 am. Not great when you have a toddler that wakes up early. We went for breakfast another morning to see what was on offer a very good selection but poor quality.

Excellent location with amazing views. We had included breakfast and it was very good. Good price value. The beach is two minutes away from the apartment, and you have car parking, which is a plus in the area.

The water in the pool was a little bit 'salty'. It's something you expect if you are on the beach, with the seawater, but not in a pool on the rooftop.

Central. Close to beach and restaurants. Lovely clifftop walkway to Amadores beach (bit hilly in places but negotiable at steady pace). Puerto Rico beach only 2-3 minutes from apartments. Accommodation very clean and well maintained. Hotel employees very welcoming and helpful. Better English speakers than my Spanish😄. Rooftop pool gets sun all day with good pool bar facilities. Plenty of sun beds available. Didn’t try pool but looked 👍. Restaurant with barbecue at nighttime with nightly entertainment.

Hard to find fault.

Great location right on the sea front and the surrounding area is flat. It is quite a large and somewhat rambling complex but did not seem crowded or busy at all despite being fully booked during our stay. There was no noise from the other guests and no street noise. The apartment was quite large with a well fitted bathroom and separate kitchen. There were glass screens on the terrace rather than the usual concrete wall or iron railings. This enhances the already excellent sea view. A free car park is provided for guests. If you have a hire car you need it as street parking is at a premium. Staff were helpful, friendly and the room cleaned regularly. The rooftop restaurant is worth a visit. 10% discount for guests. There is a well stocked Hypo Dino supermarket almost next door and plenty of bars and restaurants around the sea front and harbour so you don't have to trek up to the commercial centre. The best holiday we have had for a long time.
