Location is good overlooking the beach and marina. There are five apartments on each of three levels all facing the bay/marina. We were initially given an apartment on the ground floor: the view from this apartment was not so good as our sea view was obscured by guests using the swimming pool/sunbathing area plus obviously it is not as high as the apartments on the higher floors and any guests in the pool or on the sun loungers are very close to your 'balcony' We asked to be moved and were offered an apartment on the second (top) floor for the 4th night onwards - what a difference! The view was great (see photo)! Definitely request an apartment on the second floor and if you get an apartment on the ground floor ask if you can be moved. The view from the first floor would also be good.

The apartments are good and offer value for money but could do with a little TLC but they are clean and the kitchen is reasonably well equipped. There is also a Hiper Dino supermarket 100 metres away which was very useful. The shower water temperature varied drastically if a tap in our or another apartment was used and could become scalding hot immediately as we found out

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel, it was kept extremely clean at all times and we especially loved having our bedsheets changed half way through and getting new fresh towels every day. Julia, the cleaner, was so friendly, she worked so hard the whole time to make sure we were having the best time. We were lucky that we went at a quiet time as we had the pool to ourselves and it was nice and peaceful. We loved being able to cook some meals in as there is a shop very nearby. All in all it was the perfect stay, would definitely recommend.

The only issue we had was with our door, it was difficult to shut and lock sometimes (could've been due to the heat) but aside from that everything was great.

The apartment was very well located overlooking the Port yes you do need to be fairly fit to walk up and down to the port or beach. The apartments have their own swimming pool away from the main hotel. The Restaurant was excellent

Would have been good to have some English channels on the tv.

Friendly & helpful staff, the views over Puerto Rico, excellent air conditioning.

There were only three umbrellas around the pool which is not enough for the number of sun beds available.

I highly recommend this apartments. Beautiful view from the apartment, nice sunsets and sunrise,just 10 min walk to closes beach, supermarket 2 min away from apartment, restaurant just 10 min walking distance. Very Friendly staff

Modern and clean apartments. Comfy beds and adequate kitchen facilities. Lovely view. Pool area ver quiet and no sunbed wars !

Little off putting having a glass door on the bathroom!

The layout and decor is really lovely. The bed was huge and air con was a god send! Quiet location within walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants

The reception staff were super in particular Monica who was absolutely lovely and so friendly and helpful. She made our stay.

The beds were very hard, pillows very lumpy. The shower when on would leak to the hallway

Location was good, view from balcony was fabulous as was the facilities provided

Smoking by other guests on the balconies the smell of which drifted into the room when the balcony doors were open and you also had to tolerate when sitting on the balcony relaxing and eating
