Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. We went bed and breakfast, breakfast was excellent. Plenty for everyone, omelettes were delicious. Coffee also good. Views are stunning.

The only downfall is the walk down into Puerto Rico. We are fit and active but it was a pain to walk the distance down and then back up. Why isn’t there a shuttle bus at least?

Very modern and clean All meals fresh and really good for you and quality lots of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful Room was cleaned twice within 5 days! Can’t fault anything really, pool was a little cold but it was February We’ve already booked again 😊👍

Hotel was lovely and fresh, breakfast was very good, staff were lovely and apartments were well-equipped.

Location - it is at the top of a very, very steep hill and while the views are amazing a shuttle service up and down to the beach a few times during the day would have made our stay a lot better.

Love the location, rooms are large and always squeaky clean, very high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Staff at breakfast and pool bar are so nice. Breakfast is fantastic with loads of choice.

Pool are sun loungers need replacing. A lot of them are grubby and mouldy and the big cushioned beds at the back are unusable they’re so grubby. The newly refurbished Puerto Azul across the road is really noisy at night and the kids play area is directly opposite Ocean Hill so despite the adults only joy at OH, you can hear shrieking kids till late at night.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic , There is nothing bad I could say about the hotel or the staff. Everything was perfect.

The location is high up, so the views are amazing! Friendly staff. Breakfast very good. The possibility to enjoy breakfast also on the outdoor terrace is great. Several swimming pools. Rooms clean and well maintained.

It might not be a good choice for people with limited mobility. I also recommend renting a car, as it makes getting around much easier if you want to go elsewhere. There is a fairly long and steep road to climb to get to the hotel.

Very modern decor and spotlessly clean. Very nice staff and nothing was a problem and all spoke excellent English. We booked accommodation with breakfast which had fresh fruits, good selections of cereals and of course your full english breakfast. Two good pool's with ample amount of free sun beds which were good quality beds, not your standard hard white plastic beds. Very good pool side bar which served a small menu but excellent freshly cooked snacks/meals.

I hate too say anything slightly negative about this hotel, but we found it a good distance away from the beach and main shops and restaurants in the centre. Now saying that we booked before we realised it's location.

The breakfast was very good something for everyone We had a pool view in room 810 which was perfect The infinity pool is absolutely beautiful The ice coffee is amazing at the pool bar The room was very adequate and clean beds comfy

The air con in the apartment is in the living room so on the evening it was quite warm in the bedroom when trying to sleep luckily the shop facing the supermarket in the europa centre hire fans out which we did for 10 nights €30 and this was perfect The location is not the best due to the prices of taxis now have increased doubled infact to previous years It was way to hot to walk into the centre so a taxi up and down roughly 12-15 euro each day that was the only down fall but I would stay there again.

Plenty of pool areas with towels Room comfortable with lovely balcony Cleaned most days with regular change of towels Had a birthday and they surprised us with champagne to the room Staff very friendly. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Poor entertainment at night The lifts were very slow- we had to get three to get to the apartment. The hotel very high up on the hill, had to get taxis alot if you prefer to socialise at mogan mall centre.

Absolutely spotlessly clean. Lovely staff, great breakfast choices. Comfy beds and plenty clean towels and linen. I’ve been coming to this area for 25 years and have stayed in many properties from fancy hotels to basic apartments but this one is the cleanest of any.

Hard to find any fault but an electric socket near the mirror for hairdryers/straighteners etc would be useful. Hairdryer in bathroom is fine but I like my own (as do many others) and other appliances need plugged in too.
