Lovely outdoor area and no sun bed hassle..you have your own if you get the ground floor Pool warm and a good size . Handy for europa which has 2 supermarkets..very convenient! Go to The Tispy Bee! Great food and a talented sax player. Totally out ranking most restaurants there.

No air con. Was given mobile ones but sent back as required door being left open when in use Rude man who hogged the pool with his imaginary lane right down the middle of the pool. Hopefully he will have gone by the time you get there! Waiter asked for my daughters phone number which was very inappropriate.

Lovely apartments and in great position to get sun all day. Supermarket and restaurants only across the road and we had a lovely ground floor apartment with sun loungers and table and chairs on our own terrace which was great.

Everything was lovely - only a word of warning is that you are at the top of a very steep hill which takes about 20-30mins to walk down but there are plenty of taxis to whizz you up and down should you wish to use them.

It’s the second time we choose Ura Lara and we will come back again. It’s very quiet and calm which is what we are looking for during holidays. The apartment is a bit far from Puerto Rico town centre around 30 minutes walk but we rented a car for more flexibility otherwise the taxi is 5 euros. A really positive point for us it’s that is not allow to smoke on the common areas! Everything is excellent and the sunset and views are amazing!

We were treated quite badly by the bar manager during dinner time. He shouted to us in front of everyone about two coffees that we didn’t pay at lunch time because they didn’t have change. I told him we paid them already by car but he didn’t even apologise. SUPER RUDE AND HIS MANNERS WERE HORRENDOUS!!!!

Great setting, pool and pool area fantastic. The pool was also heated. Very close to Restaurants., bars and entertainment venues. All the apartments faced the sun throughout the day. There is also a good Restaurant on site.

Apartments very clean but quite basic, beds hard and in my case staying for a few weeks there isn't any English speaking channels on the tv. Just one French English speaking news channel and euro sport but the commentary is in German.

Very clean. Cleaning every day except the sunday. Quiet despite across from center. Plenty sun loungers and great views of ocean sunset.

Air conditioning didn't work, offered a aircon unit but Couldn't switch rooms. Thankfully it wasn't too hot requiring it.

We booked a sea view which puts you on the second floor and you have to climb 23 steps to your apartment. Definitely wouldn't do that again the bottom floor is where I would have prefer to have been.

The two pools are amazing. The location is next to none. Staff fantastic

Air conditioning didn’t work in apartment, Lara provided a mobile air con unit that helped, however we had to leave the window open. The onsite restaurant was closed all the time and we had to go out of the complex to get breakfast or a quick snack or drink etc

The pool was lovely and the rooms were comfortable and well equipped.

Early finish time for breakfast. You should give 20-30 mins grace for customers to finish their breakfast. Not pleasant being shouted out by one of the staff to get out at 10:05!

Woman at front desk wasnt much of a people person, no food or drinks nearby as place was closed by pool

Absolutely lovely apartment with good facilities such as kitchen, hob, microwave, toaster kettle etc. the surrounding and choice of sun loungers, seating areas and general spaces were lovely.

Everywhere pretty much is set in the hills but this property was right at the top but meant you had the sun from early morning until dusk so actually ended up being a plus rather than a negative issue.
