Lovely apartment, home from home. Spacious with a lovely balcony. Good water pressure. Good WiFi signal. Good staff who work very hard. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds.

The very noisy Spanish owners who obviously come for long weekends. Unfortunately we had to go to/phone reception 3 times to complain about the noise next door in apartment 405. They have no consideration for other guests! This is such a shame as the complex is lovely and the apartments are ideal for a week's stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments were big and clean. The views from the terrace were amazing. Loved the jacuzzis. The pool was big and never too busy. The staff and food at the pool bar were brilliant. Sunsets and happy hour were great too

The views were great, only a 7 minute walk to 'Europe Center' filled with restaurants, bars, shops, bus/taxi spot. A 10-15 minute walk down to the beach with beach front restaurants. There is small restaurant at the pool offering a variety of foods at reasonable prices. The staff were all very nice and helpful. There is a very small store at the reception area where you can pick up some essentials, snacks, drinks, etc. The whole facility was clean. They also have a mini golf course (free to use) and ping pong table.

The view from the property was absolutely spectacular — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The spacious balcony, complete with sun loungers, was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The rooms were large, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we felt was missing was a bit of greenery — the whole area could benefit from more vegetation to add to the overall atmosphere.

I would strongly recommend the hotel to thoroughly clean all the air conditioning units — they were extremely dirty, and it seems like they haven’t been serviced in a very long time. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and really need to be replaced with something more suitable. Additionally, I didn’t appreciate the €6 daily fee for using the fitness room — a facility like that should be included for guests.

Comfortable spacious apartment, bed & corner sofa. Good size terrace with sea view. sun beds, table and chairs. Some upgraded apartments have a 2 person Jacuzzi on their terrace. Well equipped kitchen, but no oven. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid &sponge provided. Shower room with bidet and hand soap and shower gel provided. Free use of a communal washing machine & dryer on each floor. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer in every apartment. Heated pool and sun beds and a pool side restaurant which closes at 18:00. Daily maid service provided. Parking is free. There are lifts for easy access. Reception area has a small supermarket for essentials. Other supermarkets and bus services are close by, but a car is recommended. Small mini golf area on-site. Also table tennis table, A reasonable gym is on-site and a small children’s play area. Amadores beach is 10 minutes walk down the hill and it has numerous restaurants.

Terraces overlook each other so not too much privacy and noise carries easily, so can be noisy if people are out on their terraces, or by the pool as the terraces also overlook the pool. Some limited noise from neighbouring resorts when they use their loud speakers. However, we enjoyed our stay in spite of this.

Everything was exceptional. The location is ideal for getting to the front, although it’s on a hill (like everywhere round here) it is a lot easier to walk back to than other properties as there is a little cut through that allows access. There is also a shuttle bus to the front and back a couple of times a day if you don’t fancy walking. The facilities are amazing: lovely hot tub on our balcony and great communal pool area with bar. There is plenty to do for everyone: mini golf, table tennis and boules court included! There is plenty staff were very welcoming and made our stay a breeze. Would highly recommend

The only thing that could have been better is highlighting all that is available earlier in our stay. We only saw the boules court very late in our stay and the same with the option of the shuttle bus, we just didn’t know it was available. It would be a shame to have any facilities go to waste as they are amazing

The reception staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Access to the property was very convenient and flexible. The apartment was very clean and neat and felt like it was recently refurbished, so nothing needed fixing or updating. The view of the sunset from the apartment was second to none - watching the sun go down whilst in the jacuzzi on the apartment patio as it melts into the ocean horizon, with uninterrupted views was a real privilege. If you hire a car like I did, the car park has very narrow spots, and is likely you could pick up damage from adjacent car doors. That said, the road outside has a lot of free parking spaces, and finding one each day was not an issue. The WIFI was a very good speed here - I am considering coming back to work remotely here and then holiday for the weekend with everything on the doorstep.

Not really a problem for me, but something to be aware of - the apartments are built on a steep hillside, so access to various floors is via stairs or lifts. Also walk to the beach is quite a descent and therefore a steep ascent when walking back. The gym was functional, but for any serious gym-goer, you will probably have to be creative as the weights are not heavy. Also on the cable machines, the attachments are fixed, so you cannot switch handles very easily. That said I was able to do a few good sessions in there.

Apartment very spacious (we had a 2 bedroom with lovely balcony). All rooms nice and large and enough sun loungers on the balcony for 4 plus table and chairs for 4 also. Hob and microwave plus kettle and coffee maker and an everything you needed to cook. They provided pool towels which was a real plus point for us as when trying to travel light these can be bulky to pack. If you have small children then the mini golf on site would tick some boxes and the pool has a bar and offers food during the day which is also a bonus if you don’t fancy cooking or traipsing down into Amadores or up to the Europa centre.

As we everywhere in Gran Canaria you are on a hill, they had a small supermarket offering lots of things like water so you don’t need to walk 10mins up the road for that although if you want fresh cooked pastries you need to go outside.

Fabulous view lovely well equiped apartment . Couldn't fault the staff especially the reception staff which is 24hrs their customer service was exceptional. Just a little out of the way but only a 10min walk up to europa centre or 6/7 euros in a taxi down to peurto rico. Would definitely go again just for the amazing balconies they are lager than normal with a great view (would definately recommend booking one with a hot tub)

Bit of the way out if you have mobility issues

To be honest we thought this was the "Budget" option in our 4 location 2 week stay in GC and it would be old and dated. Although the rooms still have the original built in furniture (no problem with that it is still more than functional) - it is obviously very well maintained, regularly painted, the kitchen was fully stocked with more than just the necessities. Large terrace which had sun all day, Jaccuzzi for two, nothing not to like. As other reviewer have said photos do not do it justice.

Nothing to complain about just things to be aware of, it is a steep walk down and more importantly back up from the beach (there is a courtesy bus twice AM and PM), the limited restaurants in walking distance, Centro Commercial Europa is a less challenging walk back over the valley, but it was a bit like eating in a shopping centre.
