Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Priced fairly. Good sized 2 bedroom apartments.

No WiFi access. Could have done with air con at times. Apartments are comfortable though quite dated but would still go back there.

The location is superb. Minutes from the Shopping Centre containing all the restaurants etc. We requested a pool level apartment which we got, as there are steps to many of the others. To get outside of the gated complex there are not many steps to ground level, which is a big thing in Gran Canaria as it is very hilly. We are in our 70's, therefore the mobility access was a big deal to us, and we were extremely pleased with the location. If you are like us with mobility problems you are best to request a pool level apartment when you book.

We had a two bedroomed apartment for the two of us. Had there been four of us there would have been a hefty additional charge. I think that a two bedroomed apartment should accommodate up to four people for the price. Four of us stayed here a few years ago in one of the two bedroomed apartments and there was not additional charge then. I think it is a shame that they have changed this policy.

This apartment is located in center of Puerto Rico close to the shopping center. The beach is about 500 meters and getting to the apartment doesn't require too much climbing. The accommodation consists of two small bedrooms (about 3x2.5m), bathroom with toilet and shower and a small living room with kitchenette.

The apartment requires renovation (see the photos attached). Kitchen equipment is really basic. E.g. the condition of the oven indicated that it should not be touched. The view from the terrace is probably better from higher floor but we only saw a high fence (see photo). The size of TV set was comparable to my 22 inch computer display (by the way, we didn't use the TV because there was no remote). Location close to the shopping mall can be beneficial but from about 10pm until 2am it was hard to fall asleep because of the noise from the disco. Another noise is worth mentioning - modulated treble all day long from some restaurant equipment (probably ventilation). This is only a seasonal issue, but during our stay the swimming pool in the neighboring resort was being renovated, so we had to stay in the apartment as little as possible.
