Excellent staff, great location, close by to everything, food, supermarkets, beach, shopping centre, wonderfully clean, and perfect for a family holiday. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Quite a lot of steps up and down though, so probably not suitable if you find difficulty in walking.. Pool is also lovely. I would highly recommend this place as a base where you don't really need a car to have a lovely family time.

Music could be a little lower in the evening time around the pool area is my only negative comment as it should be lowered after a certain time for young children but as this is Puerto Rico you will still also hear faint party music from.the commercial centre/bars etc down the hill. It didn't ruin our trip though and I'd still recommend this property as it exceeded our expectations.

So clean, well presented excellent value for money, bar staff very friendly and accommodating.

Reception was not very helpful when I explained I had left a personal item in the room. Did not even attempt to look for it.

Friendly staff, very easy to check in and out. Very clean, we could see how they were cleaning every morning from our balcony. Location is very good and we were able to park very easily. There is always some sort of show going on, including karaoke and stuff for children. 24 mini market on site is reasonably priced and well stocked.

I would have loved to stay a bit longer! Pillows were not as good as the ones at home but they were not bad. I guess each person has different preference. The rest of the family loved them.

we come here every year it’s perfect location with good amenities and staff and cleaners so accommodating!

the music at night was very very loud until early morning hours, also people walking to rooms at night were very loud there should be signs to say be quiet at certain times due to people and children sleeping

Only a few minutes walked down the steps to centre.

Felt it was like a few more steps back to hotel from centre.🤣 WiFi non existent. The same company own the hotel next door and are relying on this signal. Not good enough. I’ve now stayed in both so I know this for a fact.

Location was great, perfect sunset on balcony and the apartment was cleaned daily. The music round the pool is set to each vibe of the day so nice and chilled in the evening even though its on constantly. Staff were super accommodating and it was amazing value for money.

The bed sheets were not changed in our stay and the pillow was super hard.

very clean apartments, basic but just enough for an enjoyable stay.

if you have mobility problems you may find it difficult as over 150 steps down to the shops/restaurants, but worth it for the view. the pool area is beautiful, but unfortunately the music can get too loud, we did ask for it to be turned down, but it was gradually increased again. it became difficult to hear through your own headphones!.

With no AC the room was very hot. Air conditioning or a fan would have made the apartment 10 out of 10.

only downside was lots of steps down to the centre but only €3.50in a taxi back up at night time wouldn’t walk up with a few drinks on you
