So central and close to everything. Beach about a 10min walk away along with the harbour. Everything close to hand.

Check in, but it was late and we were warned no one would be there and given number to ring but took over 30 mins to sort out with the person on the phone

Ura properties look after these specific houses in the Montecarlo complex. Bit of difficulty figuring out which bungalow was ours as we weren't given a number for our arrival, which was very late and reception was closed, no information for us on the board at reception as these proprties are run separately, so just picked the house that was open ?? Thank god it was the right one! Besides that.... Nice touches compared to older houses such as new very comfortable mattresses and clean fluffy towels. Good comfortable night sleep, once you don't mind the noise which stops at 2am anyway! Property owners were very helpful after we had a misfortune on our holiday, came immediately - not sure how they were contacted, and offered assistance and promptly inserted emergency contact numbers the next morning. Juan in the Montecarlo pool bar is an absolute Gentleman. He assisted us Massively in our hour of need and called in to us daily to check in, helping us with a lot of things, which was not at all his job, just a kind human being with a big heart, even though we rarely went to the pool bar (which is fantastic) . Please give him your business! Definitely recommend booking with Ura Properties. Just make sure you get a house number before you land :)

Just not knowing the house number and emergency numbers. But the latter was solved for future guests.

Steps, stairs and more steps. Bungalow it is not. Was relatively clean but maybe just a bit more attention. Still had rubbish in the bin. Dusty corners. No air con or fan had to be hired. Was offered an upgrade to apartment with balcony for £65. All apartments had a full balcony. Noise from bars was loud. Couple of days no reception or pool bar.

Great location. Lovely pool bar the man who runs it is very nice so friendly always makes you feel welcome

The young man who work's on the checkin desk. He's so rude. My daughter was in the centre one night he was so abusive towards her shouting and pointing in her face. He has now getting our stay on the 28th to 31st January cancelled. I'm so upset I'm 60 year's of age and due to go away with my daughter in 6 day's time with nowhere to stay because yous have cancelled

Very central to everything and lovely spacious apartments near beach beside the mall shopping centre pubs restaurants and shops nice size pool

Just had to go up a lot of steps to get to the apartment and I was nervous about the remote check in but it worked for us. If you are a light sleeper it noisy with the music but we didn’t mind it what you expect bring close to the night life

Location was excellent. Apartment was lovely, loads of room and nice pool with loads of sunbeds. The bar was run by a lovely guy and the food he served was delicious.

Had to ask for clean sheets, wifi kept going off and reception guy wasn't the most helpful, we tried get late check-out and couldn't and they wouldn't keep our bags until bus came so were sitting around for 2 hours in the heat with a load of cases! Cleaning lady was nice and friendly though.

Location was perfect. No fighting for sunbeds

There was no sun umbrella on the balcony and the sun is so strong in the afternoon and early evening it very uncomfortable to sit on balcony a umbrella would have been perfect and no air con but I know that before travel and booked an air con unit from Gran Canaria hire (Paul )

Location was perfect for commercial centre,shops,everything,the host was miserable but had no effect on us,it is an ideal place location wise,they did not clean it very well at all

Property is a bit dated but was comfortable the staff are very friendly and helpful the location to the centre is great but the noise early in the morning roads being cleaned and bins being emptied but that’s the compromise for such a great location

Great apartment, great value for money. Very close to bars (see below), food and shopping.

Only downside was it is very close to loud bars, not great with a small baby, but probably our fault for not researching properly!
