Good location, I chose to take a 5 min bus ride to Playa de Amadores and Playa del Mar. Both are very beautifuly made beaches, family friendly and safe. Del Mar is a bit more upscale. Had amazing 4-day getaway from everything..

-Crowded -could be tough to climb many steps to the hotel for an unfit person. I was fine but you can always take a cheap taxi from the nearst beach (€3-5)

The hotel is lovely, the view from the pool is great, loads of space as well. The room had a nice terrace with beach beds and umbrella with a great view towards the beach. The maids were great, came in to make the room every day. There is a small parking as well.

The room wasn't ready until nearly 5 o'clock. We had to wait over 2 hours. There were no toiletries at the bathroom and even though I made several attempts to contact reception in regards to the matter nothing was done about it.

The apartment was very clean loved the big balcony with sunloungers and table and chairs. Sun was on balcony from 8.30 am till 17.00. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has everything needed for self catering. Great view over Puerto Rico and to the sea.

Check in wasnt until 15.00 which is the latest we've waited till. Any other apartments we've stayed in our room was ready for us arriving. Our flight was really early so it meant we had to wait a while but was worth it when we got iinto room. Hot water in shower goes cold quite quickly.

All generally good especially pool and pool bar staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. I mustn't forget the reception staff who went above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable holiday.

My only complaint was that there was no air conditioning, which they let you know before booking but I think that they should be included in the price of the holiday. But you have to rent one if any were available, which they wasn't on my first day of my holiday.

A big thank you to the guy on reception who was so helpful. Our room was on the 9th floor, perfect, great views. All floors are serviced by lifts. Small supermarket on-site - competitively priced. Snack bar located next to pool again competitively priced. All areas are kept clean. A problem with the apartment door was dealt with, within minutes! Will definitely book again.

View was excellent to the Harbour. Facilities around the pool are fine, snack bar , toilets.

Sunbeds need to be replaced as you sink into a look of them. Weather wasn't that great as we had a lot of cloudy days , but still warm. Therefore value for money wasn't good.

Sun rises so you can sunbathe in the morning on balcony. Fresh bread rolls in supermarket every morning. Clean, tidy throughout. Food always available pool bar/supermarket/restaurant. Good cleaning service in rooms. Good size rooms. Had a fantastic holiday. Would stay again.

Loved the apartments and resort has something for everyone. The resort is in valley so most of hotels/apartments are up hillside so lots of steps to keep you fit, taxis are cheap to come and go. Saying that these apartments provide all you would want without even leaving.

Great location to walk down the steps to Puerto Rico commercial centre and for the bus station. The staff were very welcoming, pool bar staff especially and even the cleaners. Lovely large pool with lifeguard. Big rooms with large balconies and comfy beds..excellent value for money..will return!

Efficient and friendly staff. Nice size room and balcony with sea view. Comfy beds and a few tv channels. Pool area is nice, with pool bar serving food. Not too far to the centre, with an access point to the rear of the complex. Useful shop on site too.

Noise from the shopping centre, sometimes loud music until 4am, although this will be the case for most accomodation near here. Request for late check out resulted in confusion and instead a 06:30 wake up call :-(

Great hotel with amazing views. Pool is big and very nice. Everything is super clean. Room has a big safe fitting your laptop. The location is uphill, but not as much as other hotels in Puerto rico. There is also a parking with limited space, but we never had a problem. The sun goes to the terrace and pool all day long and there is a small snack bar. Stuff was very friendly.

The pillows. Me and my friend we had a neck pain every day, I do not think it is a coincidence. But the mattress was comfortable.
