Receptionist was friendly,we got there before check-in and we didn’t have to wait that long to be honest as we were there well before time. The rooms are very good bed was excellent around the pool a great atmosphere very busy and they also had a bar around the pool, so we didn’t really use the beach much as we travelled to different areas as well for the day.

Well, I don’t think there was anything else that could be done to make it better as we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and we will come back again. That’s not our first time stayingthere and we have enjoyed it very much. It is central enough for us.

Very near to the commercial centre. After you get used to steps it becomes easier to walk up and down . Clean property, nice pool area with pool bar Rooms clean and good as a base , very good value for money. Hotel shop is reasonably priced

There isn't a luggage store however can be left near reception

Good location, I chose to take a 5 min bus ride to Playa de Amadores and Playa del Mar. Both are very beautifuly made beaches, family friendly and safe. Del Mar is a bit more upscale. Had amazing 4-day getaway from everything..

-Crowded -could be tough to climb many steps to the hotel for an unfit person. I was fine but you can always take a cheap taxi from the nearst beach (€3-5)

Nice location, great view, reception check in was easy, parking available for the rental car, pool bar staff friendly, pool clean and pretty much empty most of the time. Lots of sun loungers.

Maybe a bit more cleaning as my feet were black from walking barefoot in the room

The hotel is lovely, the view from the pool is great, loads of space as well. The room had a nice terrace with beach beds and umbrella with a great view towards the beach. The maids were great, came in to make the room every day. There is a small parking as well.

The room wasn't ready until nearly 5 o'clock. We had to wait over 2 hours. There were no toiletries at the bathroom and even though I made several attempts to contact reception in regards to the matter nothing was done about it.

All generally good especially pool and pool bar staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. I mustn't forget the reception staff who went above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable holiday.

My only complaint was that there was no air conditioning, which they let you know before booking but I think that they should be included in the price of the holiday. But you have to rent one if any were available, which they wasn't on my first day of my holiday.

A big thank you to the guy on reception who was so helpful. Our room was on the 9th floor, perfect, great views. All floors are serviced by lifts. Small supermarket on-site - competitively priced. Snack bar located next to pool again competitively priced. All areas are kept clean. A problem with the apartment door was dealt with, within minutes! Will definitely book again.

The apartment was very clean loved the big balcony with sunloungers and table and chairs. Sun was on balcony from 8.30 am till 17.00. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has everything needed for self catering. Great view over Puerto Rico and to the sea.

Check in wasnt until 15.00 which is the latest we've waited till. Any other apartments we've stayed in our room was ready for us arriving. Our flight was really early so it meant we had to wait a while but was worth it when we got iinto room. Hot water in shower goes cold quite quickly.

View was excellent to the Harbour. Facilities around the pool are fine, snack bar , toilets.

Sunbeds need to be replaced as you sink into a look of them. Weather wasn't that great as we had a lot of cloudy days , but still warm. Therefore value for money wasn't good.

Great pool , snack bar , good size apartments . Comfy beds . Good quality towels

Would have liked sheets changed once in the week . Aircon or a complimentary fan - but wouldn’t stop me booking again or recommending .
