lovely pool, lovely bar and staff , and from Sunday to Thursday pool was lovely and quiet and couldnt get sunbed

pool was far too busy the Friday and Saturday cause think it was families from las palmas there . very loud. they took over and I couldn’t get sunbed at pool

Nice place, was quiet, considering that Puerto Rico can be noisy in evenings. We were expecting facilities to be more worn out, but the place is old, but very OK :)

One night the electronic room card stopped working: reception hours are until 18'ocloc and the given phone numbers were not answering. Eventually, the territory guard gave us reserve room card, but was not happy, said it is not his job.

Location is good, 15 minutes from the beach. Gorgeous views. Nice, clean pool in the hotel. Toaster, microwave oven, kettle, two burner stove in the kitchen area. Staff cleaned well, changed our towels everyday.

Noisy. At about 1 am bottles from the restaraunt are thrown to the garbage can. Garbage truck arrives and picks up the trash at 4 am. And you can hear it all very clearly. We can't say for sure, maybe such problems were only in our 110 room. Also tourists that return from the night clubs make a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Mattress was too hard, getting up in the mornings was a real torture, everything hurt. The ants appeared in the kitchen, in the bathroom. You shouldn't leave anything edible on the floor at all times. The ants will come for a meal. Problem with finding a parking spot. Terrible wi-fi. Dear administration of the hotel, please change the flags on the flagpoles next to the pool. They are in a terrible condition.
