Absolutely excellent Stay Short walk down to main restaurants and bars on the sea front , shopping centre 10 min stroll . view from room was beautiful , pool Bar excellent also was food , can’t remember the girls name works there think was originally from Liverpool but she was super at her job and so kind , the pool area best pool we have had in Pierto Rico it must have been recently renovated also there where new sun beds , not the ones in the pictures on B .Com the room was cleaned everyday with towels replaced ! Only downside I have rooms are not soundproof so you can hear your neighbours , Will definitely make a return visit And would not hesitate to recommend Excellent overall

Noooo parking but when talking to.monica she told us its a possibility to.park down the other road so that was o.k In the top of a hill The reception looks super weird when we first came we wanted to cancel from seeing the weird recepton but the room was great the should updae a little bit

We had a large dual aspect corner apartment overlooking the bay. Lovely balcony with a small dinning area and great views. Decent sitting room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen - the latter with all the basics needed for eating in. Very comfortable beds. Great staff. Didn’t really use the pool, bar or restaurant as we were out and about exploring (you can run / walk to neighbouring beautiful sandy bays via the promenade / costal path), but all look OK. Very well located near to (10min walk) main beach / hub and 2min from little supermarket with everything needed. We would recommend to others and stay again without question. Beautiful spacious apartments over looking the coast and mountains! Very clean! Nice powerful shower. Nice pool area bar and restaurant. 24 hour reception! Staff very helpful! Particularly the owner who advised me on best way to get to certain places I wanted to visit on the island. Fast efficient Internet. Great location! It's about 7 mins from the beach and Marina. Main bus stop 10 mins away. A very safe place for asolo traveller! Will definitely return.

Kitchen could have been better equipped.

I liked the friendly, helpful staff in Reception, at the Pool and Restaurant. The superb cleaning staff and the views overlooking Puerto Rico Harbour and Beach. The Hiper Dino Supermarket opposite the Maracaibo Aparthotel. The Swimming Pool - Oscar was very polite and helpful. The Restaurant and Bar. Fresh towels and showers were very welcome to use before leaving for the Airport.

The hotel facilities had all you could want. We had a few things go wrong but all quickly solved by staff. The views were super and kitchen and bar facilities excellent. Super family hotel

To get out to the town, there was two options a long hilly walk on a pavement, or out onto a busy road without a crossing.

Nice heated pool, room on 3rd floor (3 and 4 floor have AC and a little nicer furniture), all needed available on hotel, all needed for cooking atc. Small grocery store just across the street from reception. Amazing that possible to enter the hotel from the “bottom street”. Comfy hotel at nice area. Pooland area nearby a little older but cleaned daily

Just one AC unit for all apartman, so bedroom quite hot as AC only at livingroom.

Exceptional lovely views, rooms, pool, jacuzzi, staff helpful and friendly excellent postion easy 10 min walk to center with lots resturants, shops, crazy golf and bus station taxis and 10 mins walk to beach via a some steps recommended

The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. We were also upgraded due to our room not being available. Considered ourselves very lucky. Great location - just under 10 mins from the beach, some great restaurants 5 mins further on and around the smaller harbour. Just under 15 mins to the main centre. Great for a week of winter sun.

The view and location were really great. The staff was really nice and helpful. The water in the pool was warm. Kids preferred it to the beach. The hotel is really clean. Hotel restaurant offered good food. The thematic food evening were great. Nice big and comfy bed.

The rooms were much smaller than on the pictures. Especially one room was like a closet. The hotel looks a little bit tired and could use some renovation.
