We loved everything about this hotel. Especially how attentive the staff were and how kind they were to our daughter. The food was delicious, I have allergies and found everything clearly labelled and had no issues finding plenty of options. The pools were perfect and having an ocean view from them was even better.

I think it would be truly wonderful if they made the rooms, including the balcony areas smoke free. I dont really want to be at such a beautiful location and smelling someone else's awful vlsecond habd smoke.

The suite was big, bed was comfortable. Live music for dinner every time, had a fantastic time and felt treated very well.

The room needs a refresh, it's quite worn and stained. They could not even fix the telephone during our 3 day stay. Out of all Radisson hotels I've been to, this was the shabbiest. Clearly 600 per night is about 2x or 3x what it's worth.

Great breakfast and dinner buffet, very friendly and helpful staff, nice garden with palm trees offering shades, grate location overlooking the ocean and at walking distance from beaches, bus stop is also conveniently located within walking distance, cosy spa, lovely spacious and clean room (suite) and as a bonus a complimentary room after check-out to get changed and shower before leaving for the airport. Handy Spar supermarket inside the hotel. All staff were really kind and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer!

It would have been nice to have a basic kitchen kit with a cloth, towel, a washing machine tablet .. when I asked the cleaning staff via a note to leave a tablet for the washing machine they said they didn’t have it. Shame because we only wanted to wash one load so it wasn’t worth buying a whole pack of powder or tablets.

Room was great with good beds, lots of space and an amazing view from the balcony. We had 2 connected rooms so we had a table on the balcony and also the bath on the balcony which was great. Great breakfast in a very nice area. You can eat either inside or outside. The staff was wonderful. The kids liked the kids club and there are some things to do on walking distance.

The kitchen is convenient but not enough equipped (missing plates, pans etc). The bathrooms might need a refresh. They looked a little but too much used. The water of the outside pool was too cold to enjoy the pool properly (also combined with a too low outside temperature). There was hardly anyone in it which is a pity for such a nice pool.

The restaurant staff and reception staff super friendly, heated pool, close to the Anfi beach, shops, and restaurants. Spacious room. Fantastic sea view. Nice spa.

Staff super friendly, but occasionally left us waiting for longer than expected for bills when they were busy. Not a wide range of food selection as a 5 star hotel. I have been a few 5 star resorts and the food selection at this hotel is not comparable to the others unfortunately. I don't understand why we had to wait to be seated for buffet (maybe due to the number of tables they have?).

I liked everything!

We initially booked a standard room but found it was a bit small. The bathroom had a glass wall so you could see into it from the bedroom and the patio had sun loungers and no seats. It only had a temporary screen between it and the balcony next door, probably because there was a connecting door to the next room. Anyway, reception were really helpful in finding us a suite, which was huge and the balcony had a table & chairs, as well as sun loungers. It had a kitchen with a fridge, which was handy for water and keeping drinks cold. The beds had a mattress topper on which was very soft but it kept moving. The room was very clean and the views are gorgeous. From what I could see, all the rooms have a sea view. Breakfast was also good with a wide selection of hot and cold food. There was always plenty of sun loungers by the pool or on the grass.

If I’m being super picky, there isn’t a huge choice of restaurants within walking distance but cabs are quick and easy to get at reception.

The best location from all that we've seen on Gran Canaria. Quiet and beautiful territory with plenty of sunbeds. No animation except live music at dinner and it was great. There are two beaches within a three-minute walk, one is a peaceful place with calm water and a bunch of living creatures (scuba diving makes sense there), while another is a real ocean with waves, so you can choose. Spacious room and comfortable beds (if you like them very soft, we do). Wide choice at breakfast and dinner, we always were able to find something delicious to our taste. Fresh juice and champagne at breakfast also were very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Any problems that arose were immediately solved in a polite and kind manner. Reasonable price for airport transfer.

Unfortunately, all the rooms wich are not apartments have the doors between them and this fact makes no soundproofing. During first week of our stay we didn't have neighbours so it was OK. But after we had some neighbours we could clearly hear every sound from their room and easily take part in their conversations. After complaining we were given an upper category room without a door to the next room. Room cleaning should be better.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! The staff are ALL wonderful, food was amazing, the entire hotel and pools are so clean. The beach is beautiful and just a few steps down out of the enclosed hotel gates which felt very safe and secure.

There was nothing we didn't like, but when not if we book again we will get a room with a table and chairs on the balcony as I didn't realise (my own fault) that there would only be sun loungers to sit on so it would be nice to enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book at a table next time.

Excellent location - quiet environment, close to the ocean and beach, close to bus stops, supermarkets and hiking opportunities in the surrounding hills. Rich breakfast, plenty of fruit, seafoods and classic dishes continental breakfast, 2 bottles of mineral water in the room for free every day. Professional and empathetic staff, services without additional charges. Powerful silent air conditioning, fully controllable by the guest.

Poor soundproofing in the room. A family with a small child stayed in the adjacent room, who often cried out loudly. Guests in next rooms were constantly awakened by the child's cries during the night and early hours, which is very unpleasant. The hotel could benefit from some modernization, replacing the worn-out furniture and bathroom fixtures (the bathtub had numerous cracks and showed signs of rust in places). The mattresses in the bed were modern, but very soft. There was no option for an ergonomic (anatomical, orthopedic) memory foam pillow for guests with neck issues. Many hotels offer free "pillow menu". For a 5-star hotel, a minibar should be standard. However, the room only had an empty fridge.
