The infinity pool was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and well serviced each day. Our king bed was huge and very comfortable. The food from the Atlantic Pool Bar was very good and we really enjoyed our stay. It was located in the Marina, a short walk into the main beachfront strip, so the location for us was good. We had small, functional, kitchen and there was a supermarket a short walk from the hotel.

There are three lifts that were just a bit too small and would only comfortably hold 3 people. Quite often, at busy times, you would need to wait for 2 or 3 lifts to go by, especially if you valued your personal space.

Amazing infinity pool, and, breakfast variety for every taste. Always plenty of room to choose from at tables and pool. Clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked with necessities, beautiful scenery, no hidden fees. Would love to come back again!

Information about in-room phone and safe at check in. There is no landline phone service in Puerto Rico, so don’t try to call front desk from the phone in the room🤣like we did. Safe requires a key and is charged to your room each day. The balconies are facing not so nice dock yard with old boats piled up, behind which you can see the harbor and ocean. Elevators are very small, and, slow.

Super friendly staff, reception is open 24 hours. Suite was large and with a large bedroom and bathroom. Bed was very comfy, and we had a fantastic view over the harbor from the balcony Great location by the harbor Breakfast was exelent. Served outside in the pool area. Cleaning every day, and towels replaced, even without asking for it

I had searched on Booking.com for hotels with breakfast included, and Marina Suites was on the list. It turned out to be a mistake, it was not included. We chose to pay the extra 18 EUR pr. person pr. day. it was worth every EUR :)

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location! the views were exceptional. From check in to check out the staff were brilliant, so kind and professional! Particularly when we spoke to them about staying extra nights as our flight had been cancelled! They also offer late check out well in to the evening for €50 which is great with the late night flights! The breakfast, the food at the pool bar and the drinks were of great selection and fresh! and pretty cheap which made it all the better! The entire hotel was spotlessly clean with cleaners always on hand to mop up any mess left behind! And finally, the pool….the most beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea/marina. There was never a problem getting a sun bed no matter the time we arrived down at and plenty of umbrellas and day beds available if we needed to seek salvation from the sun! This was my first trip to Marina Suites and Gran Canaria, but it definitely won’t be my last! And I most certainly will be telling everyone who’ll listen that they HAVE to come here!

The ONLY downside in comparison to how fabulous this hotel is, was the lifts. 3 lifts for 9 floors often meant a small wait, but if you can manage the stairs it’s no problem at all!

The hotel was lovely, very clean and all staff friendly. Rooms are very large with good kitchen and equipment. Great location, easy access into town Views at the hotel are amazing over the harbor

The pool area is too small for the size of the hotel, the week we were there it was fine as it was quite but on our last day lots of people arrived and there is clearly not enough room for everyone. The rules are not kept to, as in people were saving sunbeds when it clearly says, no. Also says no ball games in the pool which clearly was not being kept to. Sadly i would not go back to this hotel in peak, as the pool area is just too small! such a shame as a great hotel.

Very welcoming arrival and complimentary bubbly in room. Magnificent view of Puerto Rico from large east facing balcony meant we were able to watch the sunset every night. Lovely infinity pool,where although it was a bit tight for space,we were easily able to find sunbeds. Suites kept immaculately clean by efficient and friendly housekeeping staff. Would definetly recommend the hotel.

Aircon wasn,t the best we,ve experienced and needs improving. Felt some negative vibes and very little enthusiasm from pool cafe staff when ordering.

The hotel has all you need to have a fantastic time. Comfy beds, generous space, beautiful view, the infinity pool is fantastic. The room is full.of details that make your stay as you were at home. Its not an adult only hotel, but its also not a kids oriented hotel. Worth to mention it has pool and ping pong tables, which made our evenings funnier.

Everything was amazing.

Great location. Walking distance from bus station, ferries, shops. Good facilities in the hotel with a lovely pool, great views from the room of the marina and beach. Good restaurant and poolside bar. Always a sunbed available. Really quiet and homely hotel for any combination of family group.

Absolutely amazing hotel with super friendly and hardworking staff. Breakfast was excellent value for money and had a nice scandinavian touch. There is a really relaxed vibe even at busy times at the pool. My kids really enjoyed the kids club and the little goody bag and toy that was left for them. Arriving to a nice bottle of wine and water that was left in the room really made us feel welcome. The adult only area is a great idea. The whole hotel is well designed and thought through. I have already booked to come back in May.

I was told that there used to be a little shop for essentials at the hotel. I think it might be worth looking into having one again

the pool and pool restaurant was lovely. fresh towels everyday was great. having a luggage room for the day of departure was a great facility

unfortunately there weren't always enough sunloungers and umbrellas for everyone and all the good ones were booked early by people who didn't return to them until hours later.
