Location, overlooking the Marina. Close to everything. Pool was lovely and we really enjoyed the Morning Yoga Poolside before everyone was up and about. Onsite Restaurant and Bar were very good as well. Front Office Staff were top notch too. A little tip: Reception has a good supply of 5L Bottles of Drinking Water for a Minimal Price to save Guests having to carry them from Supermarkets. We will be back.

Our apartment was just beautiful. So big, modern and clean. We had a huge terrace which got the sun all day withh gorgeous views of the marina. We didn't need to leave. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff there are so friendly especially the staff that run the bar and restaurant. The location was ideal for us as we didn't mind the walk into town and there are shops and restaurants just opposite too if needed.

It was a quiet at the bar. Its a shame there wasn't a bit more going on and more atmosphere, but I think it's because we had gone in a quiet period.

Comfortable & clean apartments with a beautiful heated pool. The best part about the complex is the Vibe bar & restaurants run by a fantastic friendly team, they work so so hard and go above & beyond to ensure their customers have a fantastic time. Can recommend the tapas & grill nights, they were brilliant!

The views from the sea view apartment was amazing. The balcony was spacious and offered sun beds and an outdoor table which was perfect. The restaurants opposite the hotel was lovely for the days we wanted to stay local. Hotel is located perfectly so that you're essentially in the middle when travelling to the different beaches and is close to the marine where you can take a 7 Euro ferry to different beaches. We payed 9 Euros total for 2 people to take the ferry to Anfi beach which was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice breakfast. Very good location - not in the turistic center, but only 10 minutes walking distance from there. Couple of good restaurants opposite the hotel. Hudge balcony. If you are on the block A, the sun is starting to shine on the balcony at 2PM in March. So you can see also the sunsets from your balcony. Very well equipped kitchen. Quiet. The pool is really nice, heated (+26 degrees in March). Also small, 40 cm deep pool for small children with really warm water. Very nice employees, specially in the bar/reastaurant. If you come by bus from the Maspalomas direction, the bus stop is on the corner of the hotel. Some tips: *From the Puerto Rico port, near to the hotel, the trips with Lineas Blue Bird boat/ferry goes every hour to Anfi del Mar, Mogan and Arguineguin. Good choice instead of taking a bus there. Otherwise the bus service is good, but the buses run on their own schedule. *You can buy 5-liters water cans from reception for 1.50€

The bed. Too many people had slept on this mattress before us, it sank in really bad. The bed frame made a noise with every little movement and when you got out of bed, the bed kept making noise for several seconds. Yes, we could have asked for the bed to be changed, but we put up with it.

Perfectly placed looking over the marina in Puerto Rico. It is quiet and extremely clean. The apartments are well equipped with a full size fridge freezer. Dishwasher, oven and full hob. They even give you dishwasher tablets, a bottle of water and washing up liquid. They think of everything! The pool is a great place to sunbathe when it’s windy. The hotel buildings and the mountains shelter the wind and make it a great sun trap. The young pool attendant is great! He stops people from reserving sunbeds all day and using - the older one not so much! This is such a peaceful resort. No loud music, no animation, which is perfect for us. Every room has a huge balcony with marina views. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. I was wary because people were complaining about the road and tunnel, but it’s not busy at all and I barely noticed it.

There’s a shortage of storage. But then I do have a tendency to over pack! The bedroom could do with a T.V.

I like it was in easy reach to beach , there are steps but you can also walk around to access beach, it not to far, bars and restaurants on beach

I would have Loved morning sun , the other block got sun earlier in the day, we only got it around four. Found morning cold in apartment got extra blankets . We had an idea this would be the case, the deluxe apartments were booked out, it is value for money, can always go to pool around 10am gets sun all day. 😎

We loved everything. We were checked in on time. Everyone was polite, and the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. The view was amazing. You feel like royalty here. It’s really comfortable. Everything is within walking distance. The balcony is spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay. We’ll come back here if we return. The parking is also convenient. The bays are warm, so you can relax comfortably. Thank you to the hotel.

The smell after cleaning in the room was quite strong, with a noticeable scent of cleaning products. The room needs to be aired out for a while. It would be great if there was a rubber glove to rinse the dishes. However, this didn’t affect our stay.

Did not use.

The dishwasher gave us some problems, maintenance resolved most of the problem but due to the instruction diagrams being mostly rubbed away the correct program wasn’t always used as a result the dishes weren’t always fully cleaned. The kitchen cutlery is showing its age as rust is breaking through the stainless steel coating. The can opener had to be replaced as it did not work.
