Location and pool

Wi-Fi did not seem to work in the bedrooms. Quiet hotel which was lovely

lovely location, due to covid some close shops closed, and pubs and restaurants............maybe hotels need to change their thinking in this area..............provide basic shop on site...........bread, milk , water, oj, rolls, papers, fruit, sun cream, minerals, 7up and coke, sugar, irish butter................................limited hours...............10am to 12 noon..........................evenings 5pm to 7pm......... dinner should be offered............quality menu..............good prices...............friendly staff...........some staff in sc.........rude and abrupt, not hotels problem, but good food with friendly staff could do well??.........reception staff lovely, male and female..........one lady caught the eye.............super lovely and friendly.............................

shower was bit too small.................too narrow...................water has serious and dangerous fluctuation problems..............hot to cold, cold to hot to over hot in a minute........................dangerous................law suit will follow unless real plumbing company is brought in to sort out this problem..................needs help asap....................towels should be bigger..........and better quality for price range charged....................sink did not have hot water, another problem............more tv stations please........in english...............sky movies.......??..........................

Great location. Everything was very clean and spacious. Staff couldn't have been nicer. The Maid did an excellent job. The Pool was very clean.

We were on the top floor (4th) and the generator was directly above us. This was particularly noisy at night when we were trying to sleep.

Great studio apartments with everything that you need for a comfortable stay, super clean, pool was fabulous and staff were all great!

Breakfast was a bit limited in choice so we made the most of the kitchen in the apartment and made our own, everything was there including a coffee maker and electric juicer

Convenient location within walking distance of all the amenities - probably the best situated in Puerto Rico Exceptional service. The clientele when we stayed (Feb half term) were mostly older so the pool area was quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves. We were the only family with kids who weren’t toddlers/babies or teenagers. Would recommend a room on the ground floor overlooking the pool area so you can run in and out especially if you’ve got kids.

Some of the decor is dated and the finishes a bit tired but aesthetics didn’t take away from our enjoyment.

Location close to the harbour and beach. Most walking on the flat. Nice size swimming pool. Good views from the balcony. Very large solarium. Excellent and caring staff. Hotel bar not open in the evening.

Hotel bar closed in the evening but very good outside bar just in front of the hotel. Great location.

the staff was truly wonderful, so helpful and always cheerful. the room was spacious and we appreciated the refrigerator to keep drinks cold. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs. this might be different in high season. We had breakfast each day and there were options that would satisfy anyone, great having the Nespresso machine for coffee. overall we were super happy with our stay

The staff, especially David at reception were very accompanying.

No bar at night

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that.

More storage space both in the suite and in the bathroom.
