We were very pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally friendly staff, it’s been a long time since we’ve felt so warmly welcomed. Heti is a very kind lady and immediately showed us points on the island map that are a must-see for anyone who enjoys being active. :) The location is also a big plus, it’s very quiet, yet still central, and you can reach everywhere by car very quickly. There’s a beach within walking distance (about 10 minutes), but we avoided it as we prefer quieter spots over crowded ones. About a 10-minute drive away, there are also three “hidden beaches” that we highly recommend. Overall, we recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a peaceful environment and prefers an active vacation over a beach-focused one.

The showers are very sensitive. It’s either extremely hot or cold, and finding a good temperature in the middle takes a bit of practice. 😅 The hotel has a gym, but unfortunately, it’s not really suited for strength training. There are a few dumbbells, and some cardio equipment—that’s it. In my opinion It’s fine for older people or those just looking to get a bit of movement, but it’s not recommended for serious strength trainers, or advanced Athletes.

Absolutely amazing and kind staff! Heti from reception brought us beach toys for children. And helped a lot! Another amazing thing was salty water in the pool and it was really clean. I cannot forgot to say that Italian guys in the restaurant they made the best pizza ever! Really tasty! Washing maschine and dryer are for free. You need to buy only powder at the reception.

Hotel needs a reconstruction... everything seems to be old and "dirty", but hotel was clean. I do not like the separate beds connected together as a double bed. And I would prefer more shuffles in the box. And we had a room on the first floor. One positive thing was that it was near to the pool, laundry, reception. On the other hand, no privacy, everybody by the pool can look in your room. We had a dark room if we wanted to have a bit of privacy.

Beautiful view from the balcony, really perfect location to which you can comfortably reach each side and position of the Island. The room was super-clean and pretty big and well designed, 1 bedroom, 1 kithcen-living-room, 1 bathroom, 1 hallway and 1 balcony with Island view. The host Luca was super nice and really kind, the complex was organized very well with also a beautiful pool where you can relax during the day. Really silent place near (but not too near) 2/3 beautiful cities where you can pass the night out. I can easily say that when i'll come back to Canary island i will for sure stay again there.

Don't want to sound too nice, but for real it was a wonderful vacation and having a "temporary home" that good made all even better. No bad points since it was all really nice! Big up to Luca that managed all very well.

The location was near a bus stop (you do have to walk up a small hill) which was convenient as it goes directly to the airport. There was also a fairly large minimart with all the essentials, so that was handy. The pool was lovely and the gym was also decent (although some outdated equipment). There is also a massage facility although we didn't get the time to try this.

We didn't have anyone come to clean the facility throughout the stay of 3 nights, so had to empty our own bins and leave outside as there were 5 of us staying. Unfortunately was raining a couple of the nights we were there (I've heard it almost never rains!) so our bathroom and luggage room did leak and we had to mop the floor to keep this under bay. We also had no cleaning equipment (kitchen towels, sponge, washing up liquid, cleaning spray) so we had to purchase these ourselves - would assume that these would be provided if it's an apartment with a kitchenette.

I kindly asked and got a very nice apartment on the top floor. This apartment had a large bed (consisting of two matraces that tended to form a gap between them), and another (two) beds in another room. The view from the top terrace was marvelous. Also the apartment was within walking distance down and up the hill to a series of beaches: the first one with larger waves (attended), then there was a very calm smaller beach, and a crowded larger beach. All sandy or filled up with sand. The pool was heated, the internet fine, and the TV screen (with HDMI) large.

Everybody on the terrace saw everybody else on the terraces of the same floor (no shielding); we also looked down on some apartments below us. The walls were not noise isolated; I woke up at times due to somebody moving chairs etc.

Well presented property, friendly helpful reception staff and also the owner /management was very accommodating /kind towards us.The Pool area was lovely and the sun beds were very comfortable.Apartments on higher floor that we had , had amazing views.

Could do with More food/snacks/meals at the pool bar ,as it was a very small choice.No breakfast served there either ,which would be good to offer. A Restaurant /snack bar would be nice ,as it does state that said there was a pizzeria ,but unfortunately it had shut down.This would be good so that you didn’t want to walk down to the main beach for restaurants on a day and night you could stay there.

The hotel was clean, rooms were big and the view of the mountain from the terrace was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Though the hill to the hotel was quite steep there were plenty of places to explore in walking distance and good bus connection to other locations.

The hotel has a very unique elevator that moves diagonally, it's not fast nor can fit more than four adults at a time, so we opted for the stairs in most cases. The double bed was two singles pushed together, which made the middle quite uncomfortable to lie on. The cleaners did a good job, but they clean rooms only once per week, for us it happened to be on the last day of our stay.

The staff were so friendly. The apartment had everything you needed. Including a spout to pour large bottles of water into smaller ones. Large clean bright apartments with good Wi-Fi . Large balcony for storing suitcases and a view over the sea. Pool area one if the best. Quality seats and great sized pool. Bathroom excellent size - spacious and great shower.

There is a steep hill to climb from the bus stop and the beach. But you get used to it. Wardrobe could do with shelves or cupboard if more people staying.

I really liked the room, the room view and the people who were working there.

I didn't like that the restaurant/bar was having a renovation and I couldn't use it. I was expecting to have food and drinks at the hotel as stated on the hotel profile and when I got there I couldn't. It was very disappointing. Also, when I stayed there there were no many people there unfortunately. The hotel was a bit empty. Everything else was good.

Nice place, with nice view. Comfortable beds and nice staff. You can eat your breakfest with ocean view :) 2 minutes from the shop, 5 minutes from th nearest beach (not so good, dirt sand), but better (Anfi del mar) is in 15 minutes and you can go near the ocean :) It is not a problem to go up to the hotel from the beach. It's opinion from my 60 years old Mum :) I don't use the swimming pool because we were using Ocean. But pool looks nice and clean.

I think, could be more cutlery in the room, and few free dishwasher tablet.
