The hotel is very nice, modern and practical. It is very spacious with lots of greenery and no high rise buildings. The kitchen is well equipped. Lovely design of the bedrooms, they are identical so nobody ends up with a bad bedroom choice. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

The rooms could be cleaned a bit more. The adjoining club with the large swimming pool is free for hotel guests between Monday and Friday but the sunbeds must be booked on the day in the morning (when they open) so there is a chance that if you arrive late, there will be no beds available. There is a charge for the sunbeds on Saturday and Sunday. The hotel has its own small swimming pool on the roof terace above the gym and it is very nice but it would be helpful to state more clearly that the club with the swimming pool, that is heavily featured on the promotional material, is not part of the hotel and that there are certain booking procedures that must be followed should one wished to use it.

The place is ideally located between the more busy southern coast and the more quiet western coves; both Anfi and Amadores are about 10 mins, same for Meloneras. The apartment is very spacious and includes all the listed facilities (though a decent coffee machine would not go amiss). The washer and the dryer are actually located outside the apartment, in a big box (took us a while to figure that one out). There is underground parking available (for some reason no one seems to use it). Breakfast is excellent.Staff is very kind and helpful. There is a Spar shop on site.

We specifically booked a single-storey two bedroom apartment (which opens to a well-maintained inner courtyard. Instead we got a duplex, which has a bedroom on the upper level and has two balconies, both with an excellent view of the nearby gently humming concrete factory. Also, this duplex arrangement is less than ideal with a small child. The beach club is fairly pointless with the many awesome beaches in the area and had the children's play area closed for maintenance. Also, apparently the bartender does not belong to the school of thought that thinks that it is a good idea to put some alcohol into a cocktail. The town and the local beach are best skipped (Anfi and Amadores are close by and far better).

The staff is very friendly. The accommodation has a great decoration. The houses have their own heated swimming pool. The supermarket on site is very well equipped.

Our apartment had some defects (even though it looks pretty new): broken window, broken door handle in the bathroom, loose towel bars, quite some ants in the bathroom,... We notified the reception staff but the were not able to fix this in a short notice. The public pool from the hotel is nice, but is cold during winter time (more windy, because it's on the first floor). That's why the pool in the beach club is a lot better. Unfortunately that pool is not free during weekend days or bank holidays. Next to the resort there is quite a big cement production plant. It kind of ruins the magnificent view if you look to the right. During the Christmas holidays it didn't seem to be in operation, so noise-wise it wasn't an issue.

Private pool, air conditioning good, spacious room and well equipped kitchen. Good breakfast. Nice gym and games room although the location of the games room could be better.

Some outside areas need maintenance. (Down the side of our villa for example). Bag full of old wood?! Wasp nest and wasps flying around. Stung twice once quite bad on my face. Reported to reception they came and sprayed something but still continued. Roof terrace where boiler/air conditioning unit was and where washing could be hung out was dirty and the unit looked to be leaking hence mild in the floor. Not good if your washing blew off the airer.

The resort and facilities are stunning. Top class in every way. The residences were beautiful, clean, and exceptionally equipped. All of the staff, from reception, the bar and restaurants, to the cleaners and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. The private pool at our duplex and the beach club were awesome and the highlights of the holiday.

The only downside, and these are small in comparison to the positives, was the location. There is very little in the area, with few places to eat out, other than the resort itself. Arguineguin is about a 10-minute walk away and has a few restaurants, but these are very quiet. For a better selection, you need to get a taxi to Puerto Rico, or further to Puerto de Mogan, which is beautiful too. Also, the giant cement factory right beside the resort is a major eyesore.

Rooms are very good, new, perfectly equipped and very spacious. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and cost affordable. Our kids loved cats

Location was out of expectations. It has not been mentioned no where that it is located near the cement factory. Room cleaning service was below expectations for 5 star hotel. Almost everyday we asked to clean the room again as almost always floor was not cleaned, and the room was dusty. It was quite strange that the beach club cannot fit the number of guests of the hotel. As swimming and chilling in the beach club is the only way of the entertainment in the hotel it was bad & sad that we have not access to it somedays.

Every single staff member was exceedingly friendly, helpful and pleasant.. Never met nicer staff! The room was so handy for the shop, the pool, the car park, the beach, and the beach club. We were informed of all amenities and how to access them on arrival.

There was no double bed, only two singles pushed together, so we kept falling down the middle!!

Came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Excelent property. Staff were very coria, helpfull and hospitable. Apartments were well.equipped and comfortable with daily housekeeping. Restaurant was good, lovely dinner on the night we arrived. However the prepaid Christmas gala dinner was a bit of the let down. The menu looked better than it tasted, not worth 90euros per person. The beach club was awesome and so was the spa.

The room was big, well-equipped. The kitchen has everything we need and also a working corner for the computer was fine. Beds were comfortable and big. The swimming pool was very large, but 2-3 degree warmer water would be more suitable for us.

We were missing some shower wall or blanket around it in the bathroom because the water was all around including the toilet after showering. We tried breakfast only once, nothing special for the price. Better coffee and some own-made desserts would be appreciated, not just cakes from the supermarket.

Very very nice place, very comfortable and huge layout, perfect for 2+2, small but very usefull swimming pool and private backyard. You can park directly to the door with your car. The breakfast is OK, they try to change a little bit every day, but is very nice to have. The close factory is not a problem at all unless your apartment is facing their... The beachclub is nice, good to have, also the hotel pool is usable. The gym is usefull, well equipped, the kidsroom is nothing special, the tabletennis is good. It is far enough from the croud, but easy to reach everything on that cost. The SPAR is very well equipped, and not overpriced, you can really have everything what you need! Daily cleaning! Really perfect!
