Excellent parking facility for a wheelchair accessible van. Spacious room with the ability to be able to put a hoist under the bed. This enables the disabled person to be transferred from his wheelchair onto the bed. Bathroom facility was very good indeed for someone who is wheelchair bound. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent.

The beds in many of the hotels are rather low. When you are dealing with somebody who is disabled, a higher bed would be of benefit. What is critical is that you can get the hoist under the bed, but thankfully this facility was in place. Everything else was A-OK.

The daily breakfast is very good and the services of the staff are very kind too. There are many choices of breakfast that can mix and match our appetite. They are very suitable for my family and my friend's family.

The transport to go to the hotel was a bit difficult. Sometimes the trains terminated at the stops that would be very hard for the travellers to carried on. If there exists bus that can go to the Barcelona city centre that would be much better.

I particularly like, the cleanliness of the room, the relaxed atmosphere and spaciouness of the lobby, the availability of ample parking and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I think the elevators / lifts need servicing. They jerk before they come to a stop which is annoying. The corridors leading to the rooms also have a stale odor. Regular application of air fresheners would help a lot.

The place was great—peaceful, clean, and very relaxing. The staff were accommodating, and the front desk was friendly. They assisted us well with all our inquiries and needs. One of the best parts was the breakfast, which offered meals that most guests would enjoy. Just a small suggestion: It might be nice to upgrade or rotate the food options every other day for variety. Overall, it was 100% amazing. Keep it up!

I liked the room in general, the breakfast is very good and the attention of the staff is very good too.

I could only say that the sofa bed in the room had a cover that was very dirty and even though we removed it the next day the cleaning staff did not change it for a clean one but left it there.

We felt for the price point this hotel well suited our needs. Rooms were just the right size for two and they had connecting rooms which we requested travelling as a family. No complaints really, the staff were amazing, breakfast was good with great coffee to start the day. Far from the city center but as we drove it was fine for us and the free parking was great to have. We tried the train option to town and the drive option as well. Cark Park in the city was tight but manageable and costlier. Overall a great choice if travelling on a budget and ok to stay out of the city and commute daily. There is a different Holiday Inn in the city center do make sure your directions take you to the right one.

Rooms are a bit dated and tired but so were most of the other hotels we stayed in. Mattress and pillow were a little firm but nothing to loose sleep over. Bathroom tiles around the tub area could do with a bit of steam cleaning to rid of mould etc.

The hotel was situated in a pleasant city with all amenities (supermarket, laundrette, restaurants) close by, literally next door. It only took us 30 minutes to get to Barcelona's city centre by Rodalies train and it was very cheap as there was a special summer offer 10€ for unlimited transport. There were trains from 6am till midnight, 2 or 3 trains per hour. Free breakfast with the room was also great. There was plenty of choice every day and we loved the watermelon slices on offer as well as the tortilla with tomato salsa and olive oil. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and helpful.

The morning breakfast was very popular so it tended to be very crowded around 9pm. Maybe the breakfast area could've been bigger to avoid that rush-hour feel.

Well kept and smoothly run. Staff was very helpful in pointing out nearby stores and restaurants. They stored our bags the first day, since we arrived well before check in and when a room came ready, check in was quick.

Be Disco next door on the weekends. The offer of ear plugs didn’t really explain why we would want them; until 1 am Friday night/Saturday morning.

Breakfast a bit limited but was good. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, quick check-in and check-out. The room was great, calm and beautiful view over Barcelona. Facilities/amenities and public transport is very near and easy to get anything you need.

The lift is a bit "bizarre" but it was okay.

Most of the time the elevator didn't work, and we had to use stairs. We booked Standard room asking for a double bed, mentioning it's for a couple, but they gave two separate beds, even asking for a change they just said there's no free room.
