A resort with everything you need, very welcoming staff, everyone works to make you feel wonderful. Excellent food, cleanliness, quiet, nice evenings sprint with drinks at bars, live music, dancing…near the beach and quite close to the Morro Jable. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

- town and faro reachable by walk, elevator from hotel to promenade level - food variants each day, canarian local products available. better food and dining experience compared to other Barcelo hotels on island. - one of pools is heated - in winter not so many people, so services are smooth and problems are solved immediately - beach is outstanding, near hotel. we travelled fuerte many times before but with children this is our final destination ( plus caleta de fuste )

- retro room cards are often out of services, we spoke more guests, it is common problem. frontdesk uses phrase about demagnetization by phone. - guest segregating according to purchased level. you feel like “not worthy” when You dont posses royal or B+ level. some locations and services are restricted to You without premium. we got hand belt stripes like “arbeit macht frei” camp of different color to select Your “exceptionality”. white, silver, yellow, red. choose wisely.

Professional reception at the reception, advance check-in at the hotel shortened our check-in upon arrival. Extremely friendly staff in the restaurant and bar. Very pleased with the sea view from our room. Despite arriving late at the hotel, they provided us with a cold dinner. We were very satisfied with breakfast and dinner, we did not try lunch and the snack bar because we explored the island all day. From the restaurant, the path to the room led us past a beautiful swimming pool with heated water. The hotel surroundings are very nicely decorated with green trees.

The floor tiles in room 3112 are in need of replacement. Some of them move when you walk on them. This fact does not affect the cleanliness of the room which was impeccable.

Nice rooms, friendly staff and great facilities

No coffee machine or kettle in rooms and the only coffee machine are located in the main part of the hotel which can be far away from some rooms. Quiet location, about 10mins drive to Morro Jable.

Very good breakfast and dinner, the best what we had - smothie and water for free (in halfboard), fresh and tasty fruits, grilled fishes and meat in front of you (even salomon 2times per week). For all inclusive members original Cocacola, Sprite included. Amazing pool for swimming with 26-27 temperature (Together 3 pools). Air conditional - OK, good soap and shower gel. Various activities for people. Staff - ok

WiFi in rooms works not properly or doesnt work at all, signal mobile poor in som rooms, as well. The bedmates extremaly soft

It had everything you need. The food was very good and diverse. Every day, for lunch and dinner they changed the options. Amazing staff! It was a pleasure to stay here and the rooms are very quiet, you do not hear the neighbours at all which is amazing - we slept like babies. We would come back! Thank you

The furniture is a little old, but the room was very clean and they really try to acommodate the guests well. It didn’t bother us, to be honest, it was only the first impression.

The gardens and the views were amazing. Huge rooms and very comfortable beds. Plenty of food and drinks with lots of variety. Felt safe and secure. Plenty of staff. Danni on reception always amazing, friendly and helpful. Very good shopping strip near enough to walk to. Perfect weather, lovely breeze beautiful beach with plenty of beds.

Decor bit dated and WiFi was dropping in the rooms and anywhere outside .

The food at mealtimes was undercooked in some instances and mostly lukewarm or cold. Plates for hot food were cold.

The hotel is in a good location not far from a large clean beach. This is the number 1 choice if you are looking for good value for money in Morro Jable (and in Fuerteventura). The rooms are large, have a balcony (where we had shade). The food was adequate - we had half board and I see that as a good option. The staff are friendly - I especially want to mention fantastic Fadidi who was always very smiley and attentive to our little daughter (even gave her a lollipop:-)).

It is a large complex that needs renovation in some places. The restaurant looks more like a canteen but that is due to the size of the complex.

Excellent facilities - 3 pools, 2 gyms, spa, games room, lots of bars and chillout areas. Staff were ace! It was near the beach and a few other bars. The beds were super comfy! Good value for money

There was no hotel phone by the rooms that were a distant away from reception (9000s) so if your key didn't work it was annoying trekking back to reception to fix it. Not ideal for elderly people. The entertainment was a little dated also
