Fantastic location in Nerja. Comfortable , very well equipped studio apartment, absolutely everything needed was located close by. Eva was a gem, helpful, caring and full of stories about her home and family, all natives, for generations, in Nerja We loved all of it and will definitely bring family when we return. Nerja is lively, the beaches are fantastic, the restaurants serving great food at great prices. Strolling around the lovely shops, stopping for tapas, ice cream or coffee, it could not have been more perfect.

Eva was a fantastic host. She was so lovely & came & checked in on us & told us all about her history with the place which was so interesting. We had absolutely everything you could want including cooking facilities a powerful hairdryer, clothes rack & an iron plus a washer & dryer which was so handy. There is a supermarket only a few doors up. The location is amazing & you are only a few steps down to a small beach. ( Also beach chairs & umbrella provided too. ) Heaps of restaurants are so close as well. We loved our stay Thanks Eva

Accomodation next to the beach, next to the Balcon of Europa, near to the center of Nerja. In the morning you go to the beach, in the evening you qo shopping and everything 3-5 minutes on foot. There is seaside house with 2 rooms for rent, the owner lives in the house also. The room is large, clean and tastefully furnished with kitchenette and with washing machine with dryer. No codes, or keys in boxes for entry, the owner will welcome you. I travelled with my daughter 14 days duering Spain. We visited 6 destination and changed 6 accomodations, all accomodations were good, but this was the best.

Eva met us to give us the key and a brief overview of the apartment and the area. She made recommendations for places to see in the area as well as recommending nearby places to eat.

Everything was wonderful. Only thing we did not like was the massive power outage of 10 hours. Even though we did not have power we were glad we were in Eva's studio and not stranded like many other travelers in the region.

Eva met us at the studio, as others have already said, she is the most lovely, welcoming lady. After hearing about the history of the house, we felt very privileged to stay there. The studio is on one of the best streets in Nerja, its an excellent location for beautiful beaches, the best restaurants, and the Balcon. Eva has really thought of everything you could possibly need in a holiday studio for two. Everything is done in the best taste. It's sparkling clean, and very comfortable. The washer dryer is great. The shower is fabulous. The beds very comfy. Theres a big car park within five minutes' walk, and Eva helped us out with a discounted carparking ticket. We stay in Nerja a lot, we don't know how we haven't found this little gem before, but now that we have, we'll definitely look forward to returning soon.

There is nothing to dislike here!

We stayed for three nights in March and couldn't have asked for more from Casa Eva. The apartment is small but has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. There is plenty of storage for clothes, the bathroom is lovely with a good powerful shower and proper hairdryer! The location is perfect for the beach or center of Nerja and is quite at night. The host was responsive before and during our stay and had lots of information to share about the area. We'll definitely be back next time we are in Nerja.

There wasn't anything not to like

Really cute little apartment that was small enough and large enough for 2 people comfortably. Very close to be able to walk to all things in Nerja. Eva is a beautiful host and parking in the public car park with our hire car was explained super well by Eva. Additionally, Eva arranged for a material discount off the parking for us - so worthwhile to do if you drive.

The location of this apartment couldn’t be better. 1 minute walk to the most gorgeous beach. Many delicious and affordable restaurants nearby. The host Eva is amazing. She greeted us, showed us the two nearby beaches and sent us multiple recommendations of eateries via WhatsApp, all of which were excellent! Any question we had she answered via WhatsApp straight away. We made good use of the beach umbrella and beach towels, as well as the washing machine and drying rack. The apartment is newly renovated and super clean. A perfect stay, thank you Eva!

Our hostess, Eva, met us and showed us the particulars of the studio, then took us on a short walking tour of the immediate area to help us get familiar with our surroundings. She gave suggestions for places to see nearby and the particulars of how to access them easily.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at CasaEva. Not a single complaint

Location was excellent as were facilities. Eva was very friendly and went out of her way to make us welcome. Apartment was near bars and restaurants and had beach at doorstep. Apartment was spotless and kept to high standard.
