Lovely apartments with everything you could need. Nice balcony with an amazing sea view & bbq. Tv had lots of options. Plenty of towels provided. Pools were very close to our apartment. Short drive to beach, supermarket, restaurants etc but strongly recommend hiring a car for your stay as very hilly.

Beds were very uncomfortable & hard. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which meant using a sofa bed which again was very uncomfortable. €3.50 per day, per sun lounger fee. Can’t get the sun loungers till the bar opens and this is a few hours after pool opens. Again sun loungers get locked up when the bar closes at 7pm but pool doesn’t close till 9pm. €20 euro fee for air conditioning + fee for WiFi. You have to obtain a pool pass for the week and have to put down €50 euro cash deposit. Chlorine levels aren’t quite right in pool, stained my swimming costume yellow and my hair turned green.

Really nice place, we had a private pool. Villa (ground floor) was clean, views were great, communal pool was really good. Staff were really helpful. Cave bar is a great addition. Two supermarkets over the road. Definitely recommend for a family holiday. Whilst busy, I loved the local beach

Had to pay for wi-fi, which I dont have a problem with, however, having paid for it, you kind of expect it to work, it was patchy at best. Kitchen was a tad cramped. Personally I was fine with the location & quite liked the walking, but my wife/ 10 year old weren't overly happy (it was ok going down to the beach, but pretty steep on way back)

The apartment was big, well-furnished, and clean. The resort offers pools and is close to essential services, including two big supermarkets. The beach is only a 15-20 minute walk downhill.

The kitchen was not adequately equipped. While it had the necessary utensils, plates, pots, pans, and appliances, unlike similar places in which we've stayed, there were no basic cooking ingredients provided, meaning that we had to purchase such things as salt, oil, and spices - and also sponges to wash up. Normally, we purchase whatever has run out and leave it behind for the next people, as others have done for us, but here the cupboards had been absolutely stripped.

The view was so special, balcony was impressive, apartment was so clean modern with spanish character still. I enjoyed the luxury of the king size bed. I was happy to have the swimming pool available for a €30 returnable deposit. Key collection was well communicated. I would love to return here again! :)

Apartment was difficult to find at first as you don't know where you are till you arrive and if you arrive in darkness it's a little overwhelming with the amount of walking too. I didn't appreciate only one toilet roll available. Was noticed on arrival and was not topped up during my short stay of 4 days. I would've bought from supermarket if I was there for a longer duration. It was a shame we have to pay for sunbeds/umbrellas at swimming pool but not the end of the world either.

the view was phenomenal from our balcony. A bus service ran every hour. a supermarket opposite

From reception to apartment was about a mile.If our kind taxi driver had not helped us to find it's location we would have been totally lost. At least 2 miles from beach.there are 2 Capistrano's ,San Juan which is where we were and Capristano (El Oasis) which is nearer the beach.so be careful when booking Only 1 set of towels for the week and no cleaning service. There was a pool available for a refundable 30 euros,but you could only use the pool hiring the beds and umbrellas 9 Euros(Daily) which is fine if you are intend to sit by the pool all day and if you do spend the 30 euros on the pool pass and you arrive on a Saturday make sure you return your pass on the Friday as the reception does not open until 10 am on Saturday.

+++: excellent value for money (we went off season), private garden right outside the flat, washing machine, television with foreign channels, location in Nerja close to the beach and also large supermarkets, friendly reception staff, very quiet location, dogs allowed (extra charge of 20 euros per stay )

-: There was nothing we hated, but for those who pay more in high season, they might appreciate a hair drier, a laundry basket (for getting the clothes out of the machine ), hotter water , rather than luke warm, higher cleaning standards (we find cobwebs and ants in them), a chopping board , proper heating during the winter .

Great location with large balcony with views out to sea. Very nice bathroom with good shower and hot water. Close to the pools and Restuarant .

Single beds that had mattresses of different depth thus you could not push the beds together. One of the mattresses was much too soft, so not good for your back. No hairdryer. No cushions on the sofa. Floor very dirty. Kettle full of lime scale and leaking from the top and bottom. Lights above the beds very old with wiring that must have been 50 years old and very worn out. Also light bulbs had no cover on them. The whole apartment was very tired throughout and could do with some major renovation.

We love the area and return frequently, always living in Capistrano. The apartment was situated right at the reception, very spacious balcony with morning sun. Small kitchen but with all you need - especially appreciated the hot air toaster oven! With afternoon sun and a lounge group this would have been a strong 10! Happy to return!

We missed the evening sun on the balcony, and somewhat the view of the ocean - but the view of the mountains is also breathtaking. A cosy lounge group on the balcony would have been nice - but without the late sun it probably wouldnt be used so much. Now we are being picky - we had two nice weeks, loved it and would gladly return!

I stayed for four nights at this place, and it was an absolutely fantastic and enchanting experience. The area is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, and the apartment is exceptionally clean and spacious. It's well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, making it suitable for families. The terrace is very spacious and offers breathtaking views. The apartment is conveniently close to the beach, just a 25-minute walk or five minutes by car. The pool is lovely and well-maintained, with separate pools for adults and children. The fact that there's free parking and a Carrefour supermarket, an ATM, and a tennis court nearby adds to the convenience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Jauier, who is a kind, helpful, and English-speaking individual. He provided me with many recommendations for places to visit in the area.

The only minor downside is that some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but this is hardly an issue given the charm and cleanliness of the place. I highly recommend this place.

Spacious and clean,, great large sunny terrace, good Wi-Fi

Unfortunately, it was not what we booked, we booked a 1 bed apartment on ground level, with a terrace garden(as we have a dog), and husband has mobility issues, but this was a 2 bed and had steps , fortunately, not many, Apartments are typical Spanish deco and very old, but that is reflected in the low cost of rental. Also the area has a big problem with cats, every bit of soil area was full of cat poo, and was not a nice smell .
