Nerja Casual Rooms doesn't have a reception but staff in the nearby hotel reception were absolutely delightful. Communication regarding check-in before we arrived was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were attractively decorated, spotlessly clean and well enough equipped for our two night stay. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and a few nice complimentary toiletries. The rooms were smaller than they look online but as we were only there for a short break it wasn't a big issue. Great value for money in an extremely convenient location. We would definitely stay again.

I cannot fault my stay at Nerja Casual Rooms. Not only was the foyer immaculate but the room was too. It had everything you needed for a leisurely stay (including a safe). The room was extremely clean and there was a cleaning service everyday. They also have you a new large bottle of water every day for your fridge. Even better yet, the location was fantastic and right at the centre of where I wanted to be. It is close to everything you would need. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to other people. As a solo traveler I felt extremely safe.

The staff are so helpful and efficient. The location is perfect. Comfy beds, powerful shower. Very clean and modern.

Being able to use the hotel pool (the sister property) would be a lovely bonus. We booked a balcony, it's very small and faces onto a noisy street above a moped parking area. But when we requested to move to a quieter room for our second and third night they happily obliged. Everything else was lovely

Excellent location about 100 meters from the Balcony of Europe. Easy walk to/from the bus station. Clean, with comfortable beds.

Would be nice to have a rack to set the suitcases upon, we used the end tables for the bed. The advertised soundproofing was non-existent. The Easter parades went by the room both nights around midnight; the first night we got a great recording of the band while in the room with the window closed. The next night, we watched from the street. The online check-in process did not work. Fortunately, the parent hotel is 50 meters away and available 24-hours a day.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Nerja. A short stroll to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was immaculate with daily cleaning service and water supplied. I would highly recommend Nerja Casual rooms and hope to return again in the near future.

You can ask for daily cleaning service (included in the price). You also get a bottle of water, body lotion and shower gel every time when the cleaner came in. Good price and quiet area.

Not all rooms have balconies, even if they appear in the pictures. Ours didn’t have one.

It was soo clean! The Bathroom, the room the bed everything was so clean. I guess because it was a very new building. We had everyting we wanted. The bed was super comfy and the location was great too! Before reaching the staff contacted us via Whatsapp to organize our checkin as easy as possible. It was just awesome!

The property was spotless and so central. Lovely colours in the room. Loved the rooftop terrace too to chill out. Thank you to Karla at reception for her great help at the reception at The Plaza Cavana where I went to collect my key for The Casual Rooms. Will definitely be back soon👍👍

No complaints at all everything was lovely.

The location of Nerja casual rooms was wonderful, a one minute walk to restaurants and bars. The rooms were kept spotless and there was a sun terrace on the roof.

It may be an idea to offer beach towels to guests.

Super location, New decoration and finished well, Great shower, Good facilities plus WiFi, Comfortable, Nice roof terrace. Very lucky to also obtain a free public car parking space metes away for our stay. Will defiantly return again if price is fair.
