Perfect location and within walking distance of the centre. Fabulously spacious room and fantastic shower.Staff friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast items not generally replaced in a timely manner. When larger groups stay compared to individual guests, there is a better need to identify this with regards to breakfast timing. I was not advised there would be a large group as perhaps is the standard practice and so had some issues at breakfast.

Its beautiful and clean, our room with balcony and bathtub was comfortable and we loved the stay! The breakfast was really good for the price, we loved especially the local things! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the whole stay was all in all really nice experience, the location is also very nice and central!

The only things i could think about, that they could improve was that the big balcony looked a bit empty and could be furnished a bit more comfortably, and the coffee at the breakfast could be better! but thats minor, we really had an amazing stay!

Carris Cardanel Ourense Very large room and bathroom with dark wood furniture on third floor reached by lift. Very clean. Two large Juliet balcony doors which open on to street below, quiet at night. Fridge and safe in cupboard. Paid hotel parking (€10/12 a day)next to hotel below ground. Breakfast good. 5/10 minute walk to the beautiful and extensive old town. Visited the Thermal Baths (termas de outariz) and spent a very relaxing 2 hours there. Walked along river to get there (6 km) and got the number 5 bus back to town.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, good value for the price. Wonderful staff. You feel completely at home here. The breakfast is good and they were very nice providing us with expresso coffee.

Actually, everything was good. Remarks only for the parking garage that is sort of small but this is because I have a big car. So... more maneuvers needed.... C'est la vie! Nevertheless it is good that they have parking.

Great location, shower pressure was amazing, the beds were very big and comfortable, the rooms were nice and warm, and pitch black and silent. We slept really well, we specially appreciated it after a long day driving.

The process to access the garage could improve a little, even though they do provide detailed information in advance.

We asked for a quiet room on a high floor and that is what they gave us. We were allowed an early check in as our room was ready (much appreciated). The shower was outstanding, the bed comfortable and the room spacious and clean. Easy walk both to tourist centre (10-15 minutes) and down to the Ponte do Vao (the anticlockwise circular walking route up and downriver via the thermal baths is recommended: allow 3 hours), The local urban area around the hotel has plenty of bars and restaurants.

The bathroom door was broken and needed rehanging. Nothing else.

Excellent choice for breakfast & offered alternative food for dietary requirements. Very friendly, accommodating staff. A large, comfortable room, tastefully decorated. Hotel well situated near the centre of town with easy access to all areas.

The hotel close to both the historic quarter and the main shopping precincts. Room spacious, huge bed, nice firm mattress, powerful shower and good sized desk for remote work if needed. 100% recommendable.

the room was very comfortable with a massive bed. The bathroom was spacious with good hot powerful shower. We liked the fact that we could park there and walk into old centre of Ourense

First time at this hotel though I have visited Orense before. What a great hotel, lovely staff, great facilities and four levels of underground car parking. Superb breakfast and an altogether excellent experience. I will stay here again.
