Very good location and the staff were quite nice. reception blonde lady needs more presentation and more english knowledge , considering the fact that this is a hotel with turist guest and english should be mandatory.

Housekeeping staff looked overworked , took them ages to reach my room since they started in the back of the corridor and my room was the first in that same corridor. around 3pm my room was still not done and we ended up giving up waiting for the service for the day. room was not that well taking care of , because there were ants next to the garbage bin on the arrival day and we never had food in the room. however , we made complain and next day, our room was priority and the service was well done.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond! My husband and I were on our honeymoon while also being pregnant and they set up a lovely Little gift in the room for us which was so lovely! The location was also perfect, it was about 20 steps from the hotel to the beach with lots of bars and restaurants on the street before the hotel.

The only issue I found was that we had paid half board so we had dinner included which was buffet style, the food was delicious with so many options but the problem was that there was no jugs of water/ juice so when the waiter came around they asked what you wanted to drink we had said just water but we were charged for it! I wouldn't mind if there was an option of free water also but there was literally no other option than to pay for the water. Otherwise everything was great!

Nice restaurant with different food choice every day, and the rooftop bar/chill out area. Also, every night there are different live singers. Water and ice cubes available on each floor. The top floor rooms are large and have extra towel change. Balneario at beach nearby, as well as bus stops on street, many small Shops and supermarkets in neighbourhood.

The clash of evening music when seated at our balcony from the hotel, a bar and from another place outside the hotel we could not identify. I am happy there are better room categories offered at checkin upon availability but not if needed to get the booked sea view. We tried it, and the room was really bigger and more service was offered, but still, it was very noisy from the bar outside the hotel.

A very friendly welcome and upgrade. Thank you. The upgraded room was long, yet smaller than one we already had of the same categor, but this seems natural by the overall floor plan. The bed and TV seem new and are very nice. The room and doors seem sound proof which is wonderful. The balcony has a nice large size. Having free water and ice (cubes) suply is a very nice offer. The sports' room is rather small, but clean and has a nice view towards the pool area. We want to come back soon.

It as only very noisy outside when balcony doors were open in the evening. Without the upgrade, I wonder what seaview means when lower floors cannot overlook the building in front of the balcony. That worries me a little because the price is not so little.

I really enjoyed the hotel’s convenient location near the airport, the proximity to one of the cleanest and best beaches, the delicious and varied dinners, and the exceptionally friendly staff.

Some guests smoked on their balconies, and the smell often reached neighboring ones, which was unpleasant. Other Inconveniences: Certain tourists reserved sunbeds by the pool with their towels as early as 7 a.m., yet did not actually show up until around 9 or 10.

Very well positioned in a very nice part of the bay. Staff couldn't be any more helpful and friendly. Beach just over a quite road right at the back of the hotel (just watch out for cycles and scooters). Excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner, unlimited Tea, coffee and juice at breakfast. Free water from the purifying machines on each floor. Lots of shops behind the hotel and a great little Deli for filled baguettes right on the corner opposite Burger King. Staff come round the pool with treats every day, such as cocktails or ice cream. Little red road train goes all round the bay and stops at number 10 right outside the rear of the Hotel (buy tickets from the driver). Beach has lovely soft sand and the sea was warm enough to swim in in early October. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a daily maid service. Towels for the pool or beach available from the lifeguard at the hotel pool, leave a deposit at reception. The room had a minibar, safe, tv, hairdryer and air conditioning. Hotel is only 10 minutes or less from the airport. All the staff were amazing, especially Pedro and Gagan. We would happily go back 😊

Not a moan but had the following observations. We're asked if we wanted to pay an extra 35E per day to upgrade from the 2nd to the 6th floor and have better views. We declined and then were given a free upgrade to the 5th floor anyway. Main pool and rooftop infinity pools are very nice but not heated and we found them a little too cold in October, although other people used them occasionally. The Jacuzzis in the spa weren't overly warm. All drinks at dinner are chargeable, even still water, we shared a small bottle each night for 3.10E . Only English TV channel we could get was ITV3 ( not a major issue at all). No kettle in the room, but there was a nespresso coffee machine. Small thatched shade and beds on the beach were 18E and the much larger umbrella and beds 54E per day.

Super friendly staff in all departments, fine room with good beds, sound-proof balcony door that shut-off late night party sound pretty well. Great views in first line to beach. Also nice offer at beach and super roof top terrace. Great breakfast choices varying from day to day, same for evening buffet (which was really at a good quality and prepared with some love) that deserves extra menionning. No extra costs for safe like in other hotels. Also thank you for the birthday present and upgrade!

nothing, we try to go there next time again if possible. We have tried the HMs, a (terrible) 4* hotel in Arenal, but Iberostar Bahia de Palma is our favourite now. Would be nice the Mallorquin-styled roof-top bar was populated to chill-out.

The whole concept of Iberostar hotels is really great. Their staff are professional and polite, always smiling and greeting. The rooftop pool is amazing, everything is very clean, the rooms are well equipped, and the beach is just in front of you. The food at the buffet restaurant is just amazing! We really had a nice time and enjoyed everyday in this beautiful hotel! We definitely recommend, and will come again! 🫶🏼🇧🇦🇪🇸

So clean and smelt amazing. Staff were lovely. Champagne and wet towels on arrival. Beds super comfy. Nice food and a great spread. Pool very clean - if a bit shallow.

Only niggle: certain staff would hover over you with the tablet when signing food/drinks to your room and would continually ask ‘do you want to leave a tip?’ ‘Are you tipping?’, rather uncomfortable and felt obligated to do so, even if it was just bringing water to the dinner table. Some would snatch the pad away if they saw you didn’t leave a tip.
