Breakfast was very good. Location was superb, right next to the beach, stunning views of other bay and out to sea. and able to take the dogs for lovely walks. Quiet beautifully kept garden. Short drive to Santander to explore and to catch the Brittany Ferry back to uk

We were in a room at the top of the house with sloping ceilings which made it a little cramped especially the bathroom as husband 6’2” Fine for us as only one night stay but will request lower floor for return visit.

Very beautiful place to stay. Overlooking beach. We were very lucky to have guests at the hotel who spoke a little English. Had to wait for a room with two beds as requested through booking.com. Only drawback. Very nice area with lots of food and great views.

Power was off in room initially and had to ask others staying for help. It was worked out, but felt bad bothering other customers for help.

Perfect location overlooking a lovely beach which was very clean and safe,there was a dog beach as well for our sprocker ..an added bonus in the high temperatures. Our hosts were friendly and helpful about the local area with the coastal path trails to walk and advising on good restaurants.

Loved the area,the people and the posada. Hope to come back next year!

Our 5-day stay was amazing, owners were exceptionally caring and answered all our questions, provided recommendations about sightseeing and dining options. We had a feeling that we were at home. We used breakfast every day and we enjoyed it. It could be served at different time every day fitting our needs/plans. I would definitely recommend to choose this place. View from this property is stunning!

This property has a fantastic location just above a lovely small sandy beach. You can walk out of the gates and follow the cliff top path past fantastic coastal features. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is private, free gated parking and plenty of free municipal parking locally. It is 15 mins drive or 20 mins by bus (from Corban) into Santander.

Maybe it was because we booked late, but the room seemed a little expensive compared with hotels we had stayed in for the previous week. The room was adequate but basic - there is no air conditioning and no fly screens so mosquitoes were a slight issue. The bathroom is sufficient but could do with a bit of upgrading - plenty of hot water but a shaky shower head. Our Booking.com summary said that there was a 'full English/ Irish breakfast' but this was additional.

Santander is close (10 mins by car). * Restaurant(s) nearby. There is one practically at the door but I don't recommend. It counts on the fantastic view rather than the quality of the food and services; * Breakfast was good for 2-3 days. However, I'd recommend some variations. Spanish cuisine has enough options. And fast, too; * Pet friendly;

* Small room. I was afraid to sneeze not to break the windows. Showering is a challenge. Seems like this is a feat available only to attic rooms and I draw the shortest straw; * Bed is a bit small in order to fit in this room and leave some space to walk. I have 1.77 and my * Walls in the attic are a bit thin. We were able to hear our neighbor snoring. Not disturbing, but still; * Breakfast could have been more varied;

The location, our room had a wonderful view and comfortable chairs in the window. We hadn't expected breakfast, but it was the best of our trip. Very good value. A perfect place, absolutely no negative comments!

Amazing location right on the beach. Owners of the property were very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked. We travelled with our 2 dogs who loved the beach and the hotel was accommodating to their needs also

Superb location. Rooms with a great view. Friendly staff. Dog friendly accommodation with many paths to go for walks. The accommodation is only 15 to 20 minutes from Santander Ferry Port. Fantastic breakfast in the morning.

Idyllic setting. Great view. Peaceful. Special house and a characterful owner. Comfortable room. We’d love to stay there again.
