Great location, although a little difficult to locate the entrance, up an alley off the main road. Comfortable room, clean and a reasonable size. Lift from Reception to the floors where the bedrooms are.

Shame about the slope up the alley to the entrance, and the stairs up to Reception. Dining area on the main street and not exclusive to the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Great location, spotlessly clean with comfortable cozy room. Very good breakfast in restaurant where we ate with the locals. Also a good evening menu offering a 10% discount for hotel guests. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to all attractions and also to bus station. Excellent value for money and would rate it more of a very good 3 star rather than a 2 star

The location of the hotel was great, it was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. It was very clean and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant and bar was good.

Some of the staff in the restaurant weren’t very friendly The hotel offer 10% discount off meals if you are staying there, you show them your room number on a card. The first night we got the deduction but the second night we didn’t. When we queried it the staff member pointed to the IVA, which is a tax and nothing to do with it. We paid the full amount as he just pretended he didn’t understand us. We didn’t eat there again because of the way he acted. ( we would have given 10% in a tip )

We loved the wonderful clean smell in the room! The bed was huge and very comfortable. I liked the living door between the bedroom, the dressing area and the bathroom. When either my husband or myself used the bathroom in the night, we weren’t disturbing each other. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect. Taxi rank was just outside the main door to the left. We were only there as a stopover prior to a flight back to the UK, but would love to come back and stay here for longer to explore Santander properly.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Room was lovely and comfy, with a seating area and desk and a large bathroom. We were travelling by Bicycle and the hotel offered secure bike parking inside their lobby, where there was 24 hour staff, it felt very safe. Bikes were accessible 24 hours. Good wifi. Friendly Staff. Breakfast available in the morning in the adjoining restaurant, which offers a discount to hotel guests, there were multiple options and it was good food. Location near to multiple places to eat.

A bit of a walk from the city centre, and further from the seaside.

It was in a good location with bars and restaurants close by.

Found it difficult to locate as my Uber took me to what looked like the Hotel but was only the restaurant. The actual Hotel was through an archway with only the letter H above it. I asked at the restaurant but the waiter told me where to go but in Spanish and very quickly. A notice should be put up in the Restaurant Window

10 ⭐️ The location was great,right in the centre. There are lots of restaurants around,not far from the marina. Room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed daily as well,water bottles given every day. Hotels restaurant was also great,with fresh and food. The heater was not on, but we had the aircon on and that was enough. Large and spacious bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Wardrobe was massive and had plenty of storage. Beds and pillows were really comfy and clean. The room was that big that we didn't have to close the buggy to have space ,and also we had the baby cot in the room. Do recommend this hotel!

We liked everything!We did find weird that the duvet was covered in 2 sheets instead of 1 single duvet cover, but nothing big to bother us.

Excellent location in shopping district, with 10 min walk to Historic old town. Very clean, modern quiet room as requested. Very efficient air-con. Breakfast was better / more choice in local coffee/ tapas bars surrounding Hotel. Many excellent restaurants close by. Cheap Taxi / Bus stops right outside. Excellent beaches via short ferry trip across the bay.

Would have liked tea/ coffee facilities in room otherwise very good value Hotel. Very little English is spoken in the town due to so few English visitors!

Nice and friendly staff. Easy going and ready to help. Specially if I don't speak Spanish at all. Very clean room's. Good quality of food and it's was tasty. Good waiters, specially young man, whom was trying to speak English. He didn't avoid us and was happy to assist with every information I was needed. ( Not all staff in the restaurant was like him). Generally, I like the hotel, it's location and restaurant. Atmosphere of peace and quiet.

Some staff in the restaurant, wasn't ready to answer my questions about the menu. They simply didn't want to understand or assist someone who's speaking only English.

The room was very comfortable (standard double room), with a very spacious bathroom. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer were provided as promised, which meant that I had more space in my luggage for other holiday items. The door and window opened onto a mini balcony, and kept the sounds of the city below quiet at night. The hotel itself is located about a 2 minute walk from local shops, and about a 5-10 minute walk away from the seafront, which was perfect.

The food in the restaurant was very tasty, but could have included more choice in the evening. However, you get 10% discount on food whilst being a guest at the hotel, so this was good.
