These apartments are easy to find and only a 15min walk max from the main station/bus station. We arrived a little before the check-in time but the lady at reception checked and the room was ready so we could check-in and go up. The studio room is fine, the bathroom a little small, but if was perfectly fine, the beds were comfortable, there was a fridge and hob to heat up water for tea/coffee. Location is excellent with all sorts of bars and restaurants within just a few mins walk.

The shower in the small bathroom had a curtain that due to the small size hugged you when showering, but it was not bad.

It was a really nice room, very simple. We didn’t spend much time in the room so its smaller size wasn’t an issue. The location was perfect, right next to a bus stop that could get you anywhere in Santander, the place itself was a few minutes into the centre and the closest bars and coffee shops were on the doorstep. There was a 24/7 reception desk which felt very safe and the staff were really nice with great English.

The kitchenette suffered from not having an oven or microwave, so we relied a lot on hob cooked stuff. If you’re going for a long time maybe factor that in.

I liked having my own studio space with plenty of room. The kitchen had the basic cookware that you need, in good condition. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is good...near a lot of supermarkets and also walking distance to the Old Town and waterfront.

Just a few small things that would make the stay better: some kitchen cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish drainer, and a better sponge. And, the shower is TINY. The curtain clung to my body and pulled, so the floor got drenched no matter how hard I tried. Maybe heavier shower curtains? These aren't huge issues but just suggestions. I was overall happy with my stay and would repeat.

It was half an hour by walk from the along sea boulevard. The majority of the hostess were really nice and supportive.

Some basic kitchen items were missing, such as paper towels, drying cloths, and a colander. As an area for improvement, we understood that parking might not be included, but the combination of no on-site parking and the disastrous parking situation in Santander made parking an issue. It would be helpful if parking could be offered as an optional service for an additional fee.

For its price I thought it was going to be just a normal budget room, but to be honest it really exceeded my expectations. The room was big, clean, very comfortable beds, a small kitchenette and the location is perfect! Near cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. I stayed only one night in Santander and it was really good value for money, I had everything I needed.

You can hear people in the corridot has they talk and go to their rooms, but it didn't bother me. Great stay.

The staff were great and very friendly. The location is fairly good, cafes and convenient stores around. The room we had was quite spacious, reasonably quiet. No air-con, but thankfully the room didn't go too hot and stuffy during our visit.

Bathroom - a bit stinky smell, cannot see any ventilation. Small shower area and the shower curtain is not helpful, whenever we took a shower it flooded the bathroom.

Location is great, as you are practically in the city center. The staff is very nice and helpful in any way that they can. The room comes equipped with a small stove, cups, plates and cutlery, enough for basic cooking needs.

The place is just ok, it covers your needs. The shower is tiny and uncomfortable, even for European standards. You can hear the conversations of the rooms besides you. The fact that there are no cleaning supplies (even though there is no daily cleaning services) is a problem for longer stays (we stayed 10 days).

Clean, spacious room. I chose a smoking room and was pleasantly surprised that the floor and room didn't smell like smoke! The kitchenette is a great feature consisting of a 2 plate stove, fridge, and basic tableware. The bathroom was clean, but beware that the shower is small 😀. Centrally located with bus stops, a short walk away. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The location was really good,with a supermarket nearby. When we lost the key from the room , they replaced it very quickly. Also we had another problem, again they helped us very quickly. The workers at the reception were very nice. It was all very clean. Also there was a playground (100m) and a beach nearby (from the hotel to the beach: 2 and a half km). There was a church nearby.

Was much better than some reviews I read and great value for money. Biggish room with two beds, clean and had everything we needed.

Sink leaked slightly but just put a bin underneath and used bathroom sink instead. No kitchen equipment just a hob would have liked a toaster at least. Bathroom big enough but shower small and shower curtain not good (have to be very careful not to let water go onto bathroom floor and even out under the door into the living area)
