We arrived after travelling from Portugal and didn't have a booking for that evening (our mistake) Antonio was on reception and went above and beyond to accommodate us.. The cleanliness was exceptional the breakfast was perfect. We used the outdoor seating area at night to play dominos and every spare moment the children played on the swings. The parking was not a problem at all. The following day we got the bus into Santander to do some gift shopping and to eat. The stay exceeded our expectations I would 100% recommend and the bonus is the 5G wifi.

Honestly there was nothing we didn't like. We are so pleased we chose this hotel after travelling through Santander and trying different hotels this was the best one.

Lovely clean family room, nice bathroom, balcony and a decent view with windows to the side of the house as well as the front balcony [top floor]. Excellent price which offered value for money.

No lift and we where on the third floor. Difficult to navigate to and nervous drivers may not like the narrow back roads. Quite some distance from most attractions in the area but this was reflected in the price. Not an ideal stop over if you are not in your own vehicle.

Enjoyed the quirky ness of the hotel. Really good shower. Lovely garden to relax in. Lots on offer for breakfast.

Light switch / light right behind the bed meaning you couldn’t sit on the bed very comfortably without hitting the switches.

A clean and tidy stopover in a quiet location for a night before catching the ferry. It's an easy short drive to Santander beaches or to the ferry port from here. Continental breakfast included was adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loads of onsite parking.

Access to the hotel down a lane is a little tight if you met someone coming in the opposite direction but don't let this put you off.

Location not too far from airport, large car park ( for those arriving by car) plus close to bus stop to get to city centre. Reasonable range for breakfast. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel in area with no other amenities...only 1 small bar ..so no option to eat close to hotel

Lack of a lift and we were on 3rd floor. Basic facilities but good value for what we paid.

The staff couldn't be more helpful. We had an issue with room bathroom and they soon found us an alternative room. The breakfast was great value for money. While located about 3 km out of santander the local. Bus service is reliable and inexpensive. The hotel is in a quite suburb peaceful and well stocked gardens. Definitely stay here again. A very pleasant stay with free parking on site.

Issue with the bathroom in first room which was quickly rectified. Rooms are perhaps on the small side for 2 people.

No ceiling fan so the room was very warm. A small fridge in the room as guests were using it as a stop over before catching the ferry

Seemingly an old country house forgotten on the outskirts of Santander, caught in a time warp between motorways, complete with perfectly manicured trees in the car park and knights armour. Friendly, clean, helpful.
