The Spa facilities were amazing and very relaxing, I would highly recommend

The apartment was very very noisy, the walls and floors are very thin and you can hear everything from the other apartments, we were woken up every morning at 5 am with people moving, arriving or staff cleaning, so ruined our stay somewhat, consideration of other guests would have been appreciated. There was no need to clean the apartments that early especially as you can't check in until 4pm.

We stayed as a family of four 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 (2 adults + 2 children) in the apartment 🏡. Everything was clean 🧼✨ and the flat had all the essentials 🛋️🍴. We really enjoyed the swimming pool 🏊‍♀️🌞, although the water was very cold ❄️🥶.

The only downside ➖ was the self check-in 🔑. Due to some confusion, I spent about 30 minutes ⏱️ entering the data into the terminal 💻, and after a long trip it felt especially exhausting 😩.

Sparkly clean. Having a dishwasher is greatl.

This is clearly specify before booking, nothing is hidden, but something to consider: the Spa entrance is not included in the appartment price (just 10 euros per person per stay). During the weekends tha spa entry for kids is limited to 18h, which is a bit annoying if you want to enjoy the facilities after a day outside. The temperature of the spa pool is a bit cold. Jacuzzi is very cozy though.

Perfect to stop in if you have to catch an early flight from santander airport the next morning. Clean & well equipped. Good shop & bar/restaurant over the road which we used.

Check in is over the road at the health centre so be prepared to queue with Spanish families waiting to pay for a swim session! People living in the block have dogs and 1 barked none stop from us arriving at 5pm till gone 10pm we complained to the staff at health centre unsure they did anything about it.

Overall a basic yet nice place with everything one needs for a short escape, including the SPA and swimminig pool. This is a sports center and looks like people from all the neighbourhood are attending it/bringing their children, but we had enough personal space and nothing bothered us. We travelled by car and it allowed us to move freely to Santander, buy groceries, do shopping

there was no shampoo/show gel, wish we'd known about it. Other than that everything was good, nothing to complain about.

We paid £250 for a one bedroom apartment for 3 nights.. the apartment is very spacious and clean and has all the facilities you need.. outdoor swimming pool is a plus and you also have an indoor pool with jacuzzi and steam room for an extra £5 which is well worth it. There are several supermarkets nearby and a few cafes.. there are pubs nearby but don’t expect a big crowd. Very quiet town. We were there for 3 nights and saw about 10 people in total. No atmosphere. We found a couple of pubs that had pool tables which was good.. most of the time we got a taxi to Santander which is about 10 mins drive away for £10.. the receptions staff are so friendly and done their best to speak English to us. There is a small arcade centre and a shopping mall with nice food places only a 7 mins walk away. Nice chilled place

Location as there wasn’t much to do nearby.. luckily we could get a taxi to Santander.

Underground closed parking. Ten minutes from Santander. Leisure centre. Very very quiet location. Spacious but tired apartment. Friendly helpful staff. Supermarket across the road two minutes walk. Large shopping centres 10 minutes walk. Train station on your door step.

No blind in the kitchen windows. You could be seen at all times from multiple story if the lights were on.

The location was ideal for us, near Santander and the airport. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped with absolutely everything you may need during a short stay.

The apartment is missing some smaller lights in the living room and bathrooms. We also missed some coat hangers at the entrance and hooks for towels in the bathrooms.

Great location shops bars, supermarkets, shopping mall or within walking distance spa swimming pool usable at a cost nice safe area

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the heating is not controllable by yourself. It’s on a timer that glue and you cannot control. We were very cold on the first night.

They don't offer breakfast

There's is indiction on the confirmation email that I had to pickup the garbage my self when iiad to leave the apartment . When I brought them to the tube on the same floor that I had to throw them. There was a writing that only organic garbage had to be throw there and no bottles or papers. So what to do with rest????? At the end I had to brought them with my car around till I found a trash bin. Because I don't wanted to be charged 50 euros for throwing the incorrect garbage to the tube. Not very convinient.
